Crack climbing can be a little intimidating. The idea of jamming your hands and feet into the crack to climb up sounds painful. Well let me tell you what, it is painful. It takes practice over and over to get used to the pain for little bit. It’s worth it though when you lead the route placing your own protection and not falling.
