So I start fucking looking for toonies, thinking it’s some kind of group ride organized by NOCS and they’re holding a BBQ for donations and memberships. Meanwhile it’s a new trail ( called “$2 Hotdog”! ) that they cut in parallel to Baconator 😂😂😂🤦🏻♂️. As for the trail!! Holy shit!! Basically same grade as Baconator, only difference is you go straight down instead of traversing the mountain! Steep chutes all the way down with super tight switchbacks where you gotta know fancy bike tricks like @awger demonstrated!! Also, not sure if it’s just because it’s a fresh cut trail but it was loamy like the coast! You could just feel it flying up your entire backside.
Not to mention met some awesome new people that ride hard and push each other to the limit. Next up 6-Stitches 👊🏻.

Peace out to dry grasses and warm weather. Bring on the snow!!!
Hiking and trail running in winter is the best way to enjoy the colder months because you stay warm and it feels completely exhilarating!!
Are you down?
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved, and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders Fields.
We are open 10-3pm today. .
Lest we forget all those who bravely served our country.
The Sorrento Memorial Hall will be hosting a special Remembrance Day Ceremony at 11:00 AM.

This view right here is my favourite view in all of the Okanagan. It is also apart of my favourite drive in the Okanagan. 🏔
When I first moved out to BC last summer I was living in Osoyoos, BC. There was very little to actually do in town so I would drive around a lot to explore the area. One day me, @alexdetoasty & @chloecards wanted to go explore more, so we decided to go and adventure around this area. This first time I saw this mountain peaking over the valley I fell in love. It just blew me away, I’m not sure what about it makes it so special.. maybe it’s because it was my first experience in BC or because I experienced it with such good people, but never the less, this is my favourite view in all of the Okanagan. As long as I am living in British Columbia I will always, ALWAYS, do this drive at least once a year. Can’t wait to do it again soon.
