China's two Palace Museums — one in Beijing, one in Taipei — both claim theirs is the real, legitimate museum. It's a story steeped in history and the cross-strait rivalry.
The Beijing museum deemphasizes artifacts because the PRC has long felt anxiety over its trove. Even though it retained around 80% of the original collection, the best artifacts went to Taiwan.
In Taipei, the opposite is true. The National Palace Museum in Taiwan is all Museum, no Palace. This is the best collection of Chinese art anywhere in the world, and the museum highlights this collection with pride, though deemphasizing how the objects got there.

The famous Ay-Chung Flour rice noodles in the buzzing district of Ximending in Taipei city is in all the must-eat guides for Taiwan.
This street favorite (since 1975!) was one of the first things I tried when I visited Taiwan as a child, and I remembered it being a popular breakfast item. Except this time, I'm slurping it down past midnight after a couple of drinks to satisfy those alcohol-induced hunger pangs.
😋The taste of the burger was amazing and when there are all ingredients on your tongue it's a perfect symphony of tastes.
🥩 Meat is amazing.Very juicy, well seasoned and cooked beef meat without much fat.Definitely one of the best ones in Taipei!
🍞 The bread was crispy and perfectly roasted with garlic.
🍫🥜 Chocolate peanut butter tasted good. It didn't taste too much of chocolate, just a very good bonus to classic peanut taste.
🥓 Other things like bacon and onion were also very well cooked and it played amazingly with the other tastes.
They were classic fries but with special seasoning, which added interesting taste.
🤫Only reason it doesn't get 5 is because we both felt like there wasn't enough peanut butter in the burger.

Inside there are only 3 tables so for couples it's very possible that you'll have to sit on a bar, which is less cozy and less comfortable.

Staff is nice, but we had to wait over 30 min for our burgers.
Overall we really liked the burger.
It's definitely one of the best in Taipei and if you don't mind some of the inconveniences of the staff or the environment we definitely recommend checking it out!
