Southern Oregon one day Northern Washington the next.
I had such a fantastic day. I prayed to our Good Father above and asked for lake reflections. Thank you! More reflections from this lake coming because God is a God of too much. Too much mercy. Too much grace. Sometimes it just makes me want to cry happy tears.

Thankful for this place ✨
Life has a funny way of placing things in your way for you to face and overcome/rise above. I’ve been noticing this a lot lately. Whether that’s challenging people from friends, co-workers, to bosses, or adverse situations in general. Whatever the reason I’m continually learning, and although sometimes annoying, I trust the challenge. Just like snowboarding... .
Mount Baker has given me the confidence I’ve been searching for, but it wasn’t without challenge. Snowboarding has really made me face myself and learn how damn important it is to believe in myself. Out on the mountain, you doubt yourself for one second - you bail. You tell yourself “I’ve got this” - you land the damn jump. Amazing life lessons in general learning to ride; mindset is actually everything, and the mountain and the board itself teaches this time and time again. .
I have deeply fallen in love with the feeling of gliding/flying + effortless fluffy turns. I’ve learned that there’s no such thing as bad snow. difficult? yes. teaching me to dig deeper? yes. Difficult means be a better rider, stay thankful, and pray for the reward of fluffy goodness ❄️🤙 .

I am SO PROUD of my girls. 🥰 We don't get to hike much anymore because of Piper's heart condition and her deteriorating ability to breathe, and Marlee's severely arthritic leg, but the sun was so bright today I just had to get out. They both did so well. We only went about a mile or so and climbed maybe 1000 ft total BUT I am so grateful they could do even that much elevation. We reached the goal I had hoped to reach with them and I honestly didn't think we would be able to do it.
Piper will be 13 in June and her health problems are becoming more serious every day. I know my days with her are coming to an end and she has been my rock and my best friend her entire life. I literally don't know how I will manage without her -I cry over it just imagining it, but I am thankful to still get some of these champion moments with her, though she will ALWAYS be my champion. 😭🏆🥇🥰 Marlee Jane - I love you too you little butterscotch nugget. 😘😘😘 ❤ MY. WHOLE. HEART. ❤
Never thought I could miss the sun as much as I have been! Glad it’s been sunny clear skies in Seattle. Which called for a adventure day! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I do not want someone who stands next to me because they are lonely; I want someone who stands next to me because they cannot imagine standing next to anyone else.

I hope everyone enjoyed the S U N S H I N E in the PNW today!!!!☀️🌲 I'm a little jealous I missed it but I love seeing all the posts and insta videos💛 keep them coming!!! I'm living vicariously through youuu til I can get back out there!🌟
Rialto Beach is one of the most unique places I’ve seen. Varying between pebbles and sand, with drift wood piled up throughout, it’s a surprisingly difficult hike to make it to this viewpoint, but it’s more than worth it! I spent ages watching a bald eagle soar overhead before eventually settling on the very top of the big rock in this photo! A truly memorable experience, I’d love to return and spend some more nights exploring the Northern Washington coastline! #earthoutdoors
