#Featured : Did you know your non-profit organization can receive more donations when donors share the cause to their network, or with donation memberships? So how can you start? @Hubspot highlights some effective non-profit marketing strategies that may help amplify your message.
Flush out your marketing objectives. What do you hope to gain from your maketing efforts? Do you want more brand awareness or more conversions? Identify your goals and then rework them into SMART goals.
Know your audience. Who are you targeting and why? While your organization's mission may be incredible, it has to be presented to the right people.
Develop and refine your branding. What do you want your audience to know about your organization? Typically, you will have different messages developed for each audience segment. Just remember to maintain a consistent voice for your brand.
Identify how you're going to market—perhaps it's email marketing or social media—and identify your key performance indicators (KPIs). KPIs help you evaluate how your campaigns are performing. Note that certain campaigns may perform better, so conduct some testing to see what kind of messaging resonates with your audience.

Today’s feature is @valeofglammam 😍 “Why hello there. I’m a 30 something living in Cardiff’s neighbour, the Vale of Glamorgan, with my husband, step daughter, two sons and two dogs. I work in the arts (keeping it vague) so tend to hear about things which are happening in the area so wanted a platform from which to share it all with my fellow locals.
I’m overwhelmed by the plethora of baby and toddler focused blogs and Instagram feeds. That’s not my parenting experience. My kids are in high school and primary school. I’m more of a glorified chauffeur at this stage of the parenting journey so don’t expect too many posts on weaning, teething and potty training. Once a parent, always a parent. “Parenting” doesn’t mean just caring for babies.
Although I live in the Vale and grew up here, I spend a fair wedge of time in Cardiff so would be lovely if you could give me a follow.
