What are 3 things you can't travel without?
We are packing up the house and I'm trying to become a minimalist in the process 🏡😂! Because we will get out of our apartment and travel full time we both needed to go through everything we own and decide if we want to keep or toss it. Personally I only want to keep things that make me smile and I really need, so I've been selling/ throwing/giving away soooooo much😱😱. Insane how one human being can accumulate in 5 years😂. Who can you relate✋?
My 3 things I cannot travel without are: sunscreen, my phone & ... ehhm I think my contact lenses 🤓.

The Glen Canyon Dam Overlook is a great pit stop on the way to Horseshoe Bend & Antelope Canyon! Can’t get enough of the orange and blues 😍
The dam rises 710 feet above the bedrock and supplies water from the Colorado River throughout the west! Did you know it’s only second to the Hoover Dam?!

💥 I'VE DONE NOTHING THE PAST 4 MONTHS
In the past 4 months I have achieved things that I have been trying to get DONE for the past 10 years now.
I know what your thinking, here we go she's going to boast about her business blah blah blah, well here's the thing I am not boasting and if I'm honest i have toyed with even posting this cause i didn't want people to think that, but my reason for sharing this with you is because I know there is so many people out there wanting to change their lives but they don't know how, having the dreams but not putting them into action .... I see it all to often.
So I am here to tell you and trust me when I say this ... A bit of hardcore focus & alignment really can put you years ahead in life 🙏
I have really knuckled down the past 4 months and dedicated this time to building my lil business for my future, I had read all the quotes before online about focus and alignment and just kinda passed them off as yeah well that person must have been a robot or something.
But here I am (not a robot) and not only have I set myself up for life now but I have achieved things I honestly wouldn't have even thought was possible. So here's my wins ... And I am telling you this - IF I CAN DO IT ... SO CAN YOU!
- Hired my first employee to help build my website & blog I have been talking about for the past 2 years but never got done.
- Built up an amazing lil Travel Industry, broke records & created a community of other like minded souls all working towards their dream lives.
- THIS ONE IS A BIGGIE and a MASSIVE pinch me moment for me - I AM OFFICIALLY DEBT FREE! I can't believe it but today I have paid off all my debts I've had since I was 17 & today I paid off my overdraft which i have relentlessly lived in for the past 10 years - that feeling is something I can't even explain.
Last October I said Yes to the opportunity, I will admit i didn't really take it seriously to start with and if i'm honest I was convinced it was a scam. Now here I am after realizing it's NOT a scam and treating it like an actual business I have managed to achieve things that no other full time working job has ever allowed me to do before 💓
To all my friends in NYC, how is your summer going?! Is everything starting to reopen? Haven’t been to NYC since the pandemic started and I miss day trips there coming from Jersey so much!❤️ There’s no city like NYC ✨
🌀The blogging spiral🌀
Are you in it? Have you heard of it?
➡️The spiral is inevitable but staying in it, is not. You do not have to ride it to the end.
Here's what you need to get out of the blogging spiral:
✔️You need a clear plan of action. You need to know exactly what to do in order to grow and why you need to do it. If you don’t, you will feel like you’re just running in circles constantly.
✔️Someone to lean on. This is where a coach or mentor can really help you during your blogging JOURNEY. There’s no doubt that blogging is hard, don't be afraid to ask for help and lean on someone.
✔️A strong WHY. there have been many times where i have wanted to give up, but i didn't. Why? Because I am truly passionate about helping people. This is why I don't give up. Ask yourself, what's my why? Why do you want to blog in the first place?
👍You can do this
👍I believe in YOU!
🖥️If you’re ready to take MESSY ACTION, show up, listen AND implement, and actually know what to do in order to grow your travel blog, then comment below the word READY and let’s see if my program is right for you.
Missing summer travels on a whole other level right now. 😫😫✈️✈️
Reflecting back on my student years, I can’t help but be SO grateful that I was able to have the entire summer off from when I was a kid through undergrad (I worked on campus my whole master’s & at my first interview I asked “so do we get summer off when classes are out?” The interviewer was very confused. “No, this is just like any regular job.” 😂).
From spending a month+ in Colombia with my cousins when I was younger, to usually going to Europe every June/July the past few years, summertime always meant new adventures and destinations. Some of the coolest places I’ve ever been to have been during summer vacation or study abroad trips — Eastern Europe, Mongolia, Beijing, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, the Amazon, Banff, just to name a few.
Each destination holds a special place in my heart. A memory of a moment in time spent with a special person or people. A picture overlooking a beautiful scene that I will never forget. Like this one in the spectacular Lago di Garda, Italia in summer 2016. Well, now I can’t wait for summer 2021 and what new adventures it will hold. 🤩🤩
Do you usually travel in the summer?! Where would you have gone this summer?

Don’t mind me as I flood my feed with gorgeous photos from the Adirondacks because it’s my happy place. In another life I would love there permanently.
While the mountain-top views get all the love, there’s something to be said about the lake sunsets too. This shot through the trees is from our campsite - which my husband’s family has been reserving for a week each summer for over a hundred years. I’m so happy to be a part of this tradition now.
over the last few years “self care” has become this big buzz word - and we’re now under the impression that we need to spend all this money to take care of ourselves.
and don’t get me wrong - money can lead to some coooool shit that allows us to treat ourselves in ways we otherwise couldn’t.
but i also think that self care looks like... sitting outside in the morning and basking in the sun. not using your phone when you first wake up. it sounds like... telling yourself “i love you” everyday. it feels like... accepting your bumps and lumps and scars even when you don’t like them.
so on the days when you feel like you can’t afford to do it all, remember that the most important forms of self care are the ones that cost no money at all ✨
(eye masks are pretty soothing tho lol)

【Maintaining a healthy gut.】
One thing I worried about before traveling full time was being able to maintain a healthy gut. Especially on a budget. Was I able to pay a few extra dollars each meal to get the organic or healthier option? Especially when you're unfamiliar with new cities, health while traveling is crucial.
When I was living back home, I had a routine of mixing 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water everyday. But since I'm limited to what I can fit in just a suitcase and a backpack, carrying around a bottle of vinegar isn't ideal. But with @goligummy , I can now continue my daily apple cider vinegar intake in the form of gummies. Not only is a bottle of gummies more travel friendly, but it also supports digestion and a healthier gut. While traveling, not only have I seen growth in energy, but I have also seen an increase in nutritional balance.
Whether you're wandering around the world or simply want a healthier gut, try out a bottle of gummies. Use my DISCOUNT CODE: 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐤𝐢𝐦 at checkout and get 𝟓% 𝐨𝐟𝐟 your 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 order. Link located in my bio! Feel increased energy throughout your day and maintain a healthy gut.

Birthday girl 💃! Today was my 31st birthday and for the first time in a very long time, I was not stressed by the idea of getting older. Today almost felt like any other day (but it was a great one!) and honestly, it's a weird but very nice feeling.
Birthday girl 💃!

Earlier this week, I decided to come home and visit family, randomly. It wasn't a holiday or anyone's birthday. I just decided to swing by to visit family and my parents were shocked and confused out of their minds.
It's surreal being home after 7 months, and it seems as if nothing changed but everything changed. My room doesn't feel like my room anymore, I forgot how much I don't like driving in the rain, and with everything closed, there's not much to do around here. But with all the changes, it's been awesome being able to see family again. From all the small conversations in the kitchen to eating dinner altogether, home is where the heart is at. Relationships picked up right where they left off, and home is where I will feel the most secure and least judged.
Although I don't see Jersey being my home anymore, this is where family is. And no matter how long I choose to nomad around the world, I'll always have home to come back to. Like everything else, my visit home was random but seeing family will never be random.
