Getting closer to Halloween! Have you all got your costume ready yet? If so, what are you going as? This is my favourite time of year. Who doesn’t love dressing up and having fun. 👻⠀

The city of Belfast really surprised me!! It was not a super touristy city, which was cool, yet there were beautiful things like this all around! .
When I told people I was going to Belfast, many people said “but isn’t it dangerous there?!” Never once did I feel unsafe. I’m so glad I went and I highly recommend you spend a couple days in Belfast in you’re going to be in Ireland! Also, it has super convenient access to the BEAUTIFUL northern coast!!

💭💭 Currently daydreaming about cute walks along the harbor from my bed whilst I'm working on a new and exciting thing! 💭💭⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm rewatching Bones for the 3rd time and I'm in serious need of a new series to watch! I even tried to get into the office and I'm sorry to say I REALLY don't like it! Don't come for me, Office lovers! 🙈 I need all the Netflix recommendations!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How are you spending the rest of your Sunday? Tomorrow is a day off for me so I'll probably have a late-night, work on some exciting things and end up procrastinating!
🌱VEGAN REVIEW: DØGNVILL BURGER🇳🇴
On my veganniversary last weekend, I announced I would be introducing some vegan-related travel posts, featuring yummy vegan food I’ve eaten around the world.... @dognvillburger definitely deserve to appear in my first post!
We visited the Tjuvholmen branch of @dognvillburger, in the Aker Brygge area of Oslo. There are four other branches around the country, including in Stavanger and Trondheim.
The Vegan Viking burger at Døgnvill is honestly one of the best - if not the best - burgers I have ever had. I feel like I have a pretty good grasp on where the best vegan burgers can be found, and it turns out some of them are in Norway!
In this truly beautiful monstrosity of a burger was guacamole, a proper vegan patty (no “here’s a portobello mushroom, please come again”), peanut butter (it worked.), and vegan cheese, and the crazy combination didn’t even seem overwhelming.
Døgnvill were also the second place in as many days we had visited with vegan aioli on the menu 🤤 I think I consumed about half a litre of the stuff over the weekend! ⠀⠀⠀⠀
I try to reserve full marks for only the absolute best, but @dognvillburger’s Vegan Viking deserves a 10/10 rating! Absolutt nydelig! 👌🏻
Døgnvill even had vegan desserts on their menu - I would have loved to try one, but I thought I might pop after polishing off the burger!
To any of my vegan / vegan ally friends visiting Norway, you definitely want to give this place a go. I would go back in a heartbeat!
Pro tip: look for the word “vegansk” on your Norwegian menus!

You ever just want something just reeeeally good to eat, like your grandma’s pot roast with the potatoes cut up in it, your auntie’s mac ‘n cheese, your collard greens, some Jiffy cornbread and just a spoonful of your banana pudding? But, you can’t have nunuvit because you’re in a whole other city/country 😩.
This caption has absolutely nothing to do with this photo (although you can catch the recap in my stories). I’m just hungry and missing Sunday dinners 🤷🏾♀️
What’s your favorite Sunday dinner menu? 😋 #worldofawanderer
Day trip to France today and made it to the highest mountain in Europe, Mont Blanc. The Alps were amazing and I will continue to share content from the adventure. This pic was taken while I was suffering from severe altitude sickness, but it was too cool to pass up! This was called “Step Into the Void.” #stepintothevoid
Foreshadowing much? 😉❤️
Who guessed that the next post will be about Venice? 👇🏼😍
(I mean, it wasn't that hard, right?)

We were walking through the streets of Ostuni, when suddenly my gaze was attracted to this corner, perhaps because of its simplicity or its beauty, or because of its contrast of light and shadow, or simply because everything in this place is so wonderful, that it seemed that was placed for the purpose of being painted or photographed. 🧡 -

‚We are all quite made here, you will fit right in‘ 🐇🎩
I found wonderland in Barcelona! And the rabbit hole to this fantasy world is located inside Casa Mila. Antoni Gaudi was the magician behind this surreal place, by adding sinuous forms and transforming ordinary chimneys in warriors, protectors of the skylights ✨
Definitely one of the most beautiful rooftops I have ever seen. Who else here is a Gaudí fan?
@phoenicianscottsdale castia over looking the resort is a manifestation of luxury simplicity and good taste.
Our favorite thing in the room - the bed - mattress, pillows and sheets just make you want to stay in, and believe us, it is very hard not to be out all day jumping in every pool, trying every dish and sipping drinks in this magical property.
YES ANTIBES! Another beautiful city you won't want to miss in the South of France! There are so many things to do in this quaint little city. From the white sandy beaches, to the outdoor market, a beautiful Ferris wheel giving you sweeping views of the harbor, sea & city! And if you like yachts this is the place to go! Art lovers won't want to miss the Picasso museum. And let's not forget old town with all the dazzling boutiques & restaurants! You really can't go wrong visiting Antibes! #socalhousewifetravels#antibesfrance#frenchrivieralife#lemarcheprovencalantibes

As much as you can.
As far as you can.
As long as you can.
Life’s not meant to be lived in one place 👣
Tip: Try get to Wat Arun at 8am so you are first in when it opens to avoid the crowds
Today, it certainly feels like a milestone to us. We now have 25 countries left and the finishing line seems a little bit closer. Thank you for following along and for all your support.
We are hoping to visit our final country in April 2020, but to be perfectly honest we have no idea where we will be in 4 days so anything can happen. 🤷♀️There are still a few tricky countries left... as you can see from our map we have 10 more countries in Africa, 11 more in the Pacific, one final one in South Asia #Pakistan and 3 more in the Middle East.
Here is the full list of countries remaining - Is there a country here you are really interested to see?
Algeria 🇩🇿 Burundi 🇧🇮 Eritrea 🇪🇷 Lesotho 🇱🇸 Libya 🇱🇾 Rwanda 🇷🇼 South Sudan 🇸🇸 Sudan 🇸🇩 Swaziland 🇸🇿 Uganda 🇺🇬 Israel 🇮🇱 Pakistan 🇵🇰 Yemen 🇾🇪 Palestine 🇵🇸 Kiribati 🇰🇮 Marshall Islands 🇲🇭 Micronesia 🇫🇲 Nauru 🇳🇷 Palau 🇵🇼 Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 Samoa 🇼🇸 Solomon Islands 🇸🇧 Tonga 🇹🇴 Tuvalu 🇹🇻 Vanuatu 🇻🇺
Had such a lovely time visiting the local village near our research camp yesterday. It was an afternoon full of dancing! I’ve always loved African music so was very cool to take part in such a unique cultural experience.
It’s Canadian thanksgiving this weekend and after leaving the village I was feeling particularly overwhelmed with how much I have to be thankful for. These people have so little, they don’t even have access to clean water. Yet they welcomed us with open arms and proudly showed us their homes.
I have so much to be thankful for I can’t even begin to list it. But today I’m particularly feeling grateful for having access to one of the freshest clean water supplies in the world. Something that’s so easy to forget, but truly is amazing.
L’école des beaux arts, à visiter absolument 🤩
Même si vous et l’art ça fait 2, vous allez tout de même trouver de l’inspiration. Renoir se cache peut-être en vous?

Going through my photos from China and realized that, out of all the places we have visited in the last 3 weeks, this is the very first sketch I’m posting from this country!😄 So let’s start at the very beginning, when we had just made it here and explored the Great Wall! This place has been on my “sketching bucket list” since I have started doing travel sketches almost 5 years ago, what a feeling to now have it in the books 😊
