Two days back we happened to read an Instagram post on one of the travel accounts we follow @reisenumdiewelt and Anja, its co-creator had written about the “ Museum Question “ that she found mentioned in book ‘The big Five of Life’.
Curious? Yeah trust us, we were too!!
So the question goes like this : When you walk through The Museum of your Life ( a museum where the pictures of the experiences, achievements and failures you encountered through your life are exhibited ) what to do you want its exhibits to be?
Yeah it sure is pretty deep, yet so true! Right? Are you living a life, the experiences of which you will like to see displayed in the Museum of your Life??
We sure hope your answer is yes! If not, what the f**k are you waiting for (please excuse the language)???
If there is one thing we have promised ourselves, it is to live our life the exact way we want to (not how our parents, friends or society expect us to).
Trust us, it may not be the easiest thing to do, to change whatever the thing is that’s holding you back.
The thing is, we as doctors see enough suffering to last us a lifetime. We see how dramatic life changes can occur over a matter of seconds or in the whiff of a bad decision. But that also means we see alot of people who wish they had the health or circumstances to make this change possible.
If you are healthy and you are actually capable of changing the current situation you are unhappy with, no small reason (even if it might seem too important or limiting at the moment) is big or reason enough!!!
If you want your museum to have pictures of you posing with the seven wonders of the world or hiking the Mt. Everest or even getting to see the Northern lights, make it happen!!! I know mine will have a section dedicated to the fun Ferris Wheels I got to ride (like this one)...:p
PS : Sorry we need to add this to an already long post, but do check out @reisenumdiewelt for some cool travel content :)
