Pour que tout cela devienne vrai... Répétez vous un mantra qui vous corresponde, ou créez vous en un. Au début, prenez 5 ou 10 minutes dans la journée pour vous en imprégner facilement, puis dès que vous avez l'impression de vous en éloigner, arrêtez ce que vous faîtes, prenez une grande inspiration et récitez le mantra à nouveau ! Au fur et à mesure, vous allez voir ce mantra s'installer dans tous votre être, tous votre corps. A chaque fois que vous allez entreprendre quelque chose de plus grand que vous, cette énergie vous accompagnera et votre œuvre vous ressemblera.
Last full moon of the decade and it's in ♊Gemini♊How wonderful. Feelings may araise like a tide but we can use this full moon to our advantage. This is a great opportunity to use the full moons energy and release what you don't want to carry into 2020. This is the perfect time to let go of what is no longer serving you. Let go of the erroneous feelings and limiting beliefs. Put them down and notice how good you feel.
Sometimes you need time for yourself.
You want to release all the tension that has been building up.
What better way is there to relieve that and steal an hour for yourself?

My yoga buddy ❤️ When I saw the title of my yoga practice on my #yogawithadriene calendar, “Yoga for Grief”, I was so disappointed... then we started breathing. Deep, cleansing breaths and slow, deliberate movements. Breathing is soooooo important:
#1 . Deep breathing releases toxins from the body.
#2 . Deep breathing reduces stress and muscular tension.
#3 . Deep breathing will also strengthen the lungs.
#4 . Deep breathing can help control chronic pain.
Last night while I was cleaning my desk I found this small tapestry that I haven't seen in over a year. I found this at the right time. I am on the cusp of making a massive decision in my life. Internal voices of doubt have spoken up over the last few weeks which have challenged which direction I should take. I could have easily just tossed it to the side but instead, I paused and listened to my intuition. I am no longer on the cusp. I co-create and trust in the universe and will take this leap of faith. Down below I added a real quick "trust in your intuition" technique. Enjoy! 🌟🌄🌑🌅🌕🌠🌌🌟
1. Close your eyes. Imagine that you are breathing in a brilliant green light through your heart space. Hold your breath for at least 3 counts. When you exhale imagine breathing out a white light.
2. Ask yourself, " How do I feel about this decision?" 3. Pay attention to the echoes that occur within your body. Maybe it's a sensation, feeling, or a thought.
4. Explore that feeling and discover if it's an erroneous belief or irrational emotion.
5. If erroneous/irrational the feeling goes away and then take your next step.
6. If more guidance is necessary, ask the universe ( or your higher power) for further guidance.

Workout #46 / I went to yin yoga class and it turned out to be - tada! - focusing on hips and lower back aka the root chakra. What are the odds? It was a super nice class with a teacher that was new to me, who was very good and felt more spiritually focused but not in your face about it. Just very gentle. And the music was so soothing. I think she burned some #palosanto before class because it smelled divine in the room. Anyway. I felt very wobbly and up in the clouds afterwards. Almost high. So I decided to go all in on the elliptical for 15 minutes to just burn off my last energy and then go home and go straight to bed. A good finish to a tired day. Good night.
Tomorrow it’s a full moon in Gemini. Be ready to say goodbye to your bad habits, thought patterns or behaviors and look forward to 2020. And to recharge your crystals. More about that tomorrow. 🌝

Legs up the wall pose. This is the last position I ended up in after doing a yoga session for chronic pain.
So, I laid there with my legs up the wall and staring into the sparking lights of my Christmas tree feeling an ease I hadn't felt in a long time.
The video from YouTube Yogi (@fwfglife) a.k.a. Yoga With Adriene, was one of her last videos I stumbled upon while trying to find a video that will help me get back to myself.
I needed something gentle and awakening after weeks of healing from a torn flank muscle. After I hurt myself, I was afraid to do anything. I was afraid to cause myself more pain. The pain of a torn flank muscle is right up there with child birth. No exaggeration. So serious!
This particular flow helped me to remember and understand what it means to take care of myself. Not all in one video, but it helped me to remember that if I take better care of myself, I can prevent injuries and feel better overall. It ain't easy being green. 🌵🌵 Tonight's my last Wednesday evening class at @exygonfitness in Beaumont.
This month is winding down and speeding up at the same time and I feel very caught in the middle of it all today.

It’s amazing how simple of a mantra - or how simple of a pose as extended child’s pose - can be so powerful.
We find JOY and comfort today in Yoga for Grief, a humbling practice that invites you to acknowledge how you feel and to move from a place that feels good to you.
We don’t do any crazy asanas, we don’t break a sweat in a vinyasa (we have a gentle one instead), and we don’t focus on getting physically stronger today. Instead, we breathe like crazy, we allow whatever thoughts come naturally to us, we release our stress, and we let go of any negative feelings we may still hold.
This can be easier said than done, but it’s amazing what happens when you can let it go.
Wherever you are, however you’re feeling today - give this practice a try and see how good your breath can make you feel.
So tonight/this morning I decided to do a healing reading because I felt it was something I needed. I wanted to know what I am aware and unaware of energetically. It’s a small but powerful reading 😊
So the first card - Now - What is most dominate in my energy field now.
The second card - Love - What I have come to peace with, healed and become clear about.
The third card - Fear - What illusion, beliefs and stories are clouding my perception?
Lastly the fourth card - Heal - What I am most inspired to do to bring balance.
The Yin and Yang ☯️ being Now and Belief being Heal - my energy dominated and being inspired to do to bring balance...Wow ❤️ I haven’t been looking into what I have come to peace with or the illusions clouding me. I’ve been drawing Love & Fear in my expectations so I’m ready. I’m going to focus upon what feels good 🤗

What you desire in others is really a hint of what you know you are meant to unleash within yourself.
Trust that intuitive nudge. You have all the guidance you need. Follow what you want. Find what feels good and that will be your path.
The path will have obstacles, but with your vision so clear on where you are going, you will come to find that every person involved in your journey, no matter how present or absent is there to help you develop into the most potent and brightest version of you.
