🌟 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞!
I was reading a really interesting book about the sence of life! I know super emotional topic however I love educating myself and sharing it with you! 😊
Did you know finding the purpose in life is one of the hardest things in life! You might think that can't be right but even people in their 50th and 60ths haven't found their purpose. 😯😯
That's the reason why most people look back after 20 years and don't feel fulfilled, don't feel they have done everything they could, they feel like they had to miss out! Just because they haven't found their purpose!
𝐋𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞! 🙋🏻♀️
❗What is your purpose in life ? Let me phrase the question differently: why are you here ? What keeps you motivated every day to be here and wake up in the morning? What keeps you smiling and happy every day ?
That is your purpose! Find the purpose and start living on purpose! 😎
🔥If you struggle still to find your purpose, try this...
〰️ 𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘱 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵: do more often what you love to do, it will provide you access to your true purpose and passion.
〰️ 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬 𝘶𝘱 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 *𝘰𝘯𝘦* 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨: mostly you try to find that one thing that you are meant to do. That one and only thing to do, limits us from living a fulfilled life! If you lead a passionate life you are living your life on purpose.
〰️ 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: you can't find your purpose if you do only one thing all over again. Like @nike mental note says: just do it! It is such a great opportunity to step forward and trying new things. How would you ever find out what you are passionated about if you have never tried it out?
🙏 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 - 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 ?👇 #alignment#findyourtribe#happiness#purposelife#happyliving#traveltheworld#womenwhotravel#travelgirlsgo#boyfriend#bestfriend#workfromanywhere#girlstravel#mypurpose

Would you rather have a life lasting healthy life style? OR a quick fix that will only give you temporary satisfaction? •
I see so much focus and products out there on healthy being quick fixes. Quick fixes/diets/fad workouts don’t work. They don’t hold up to the long haul of life and it’s crazy rollercoaster seasons. Soo I want to share a bit more about what 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭...
❌ a group focused on one goal. We all have different health + fitness goals. ❌ a group focused on self motivation. Sometimes motivation isn’t in us. ❌ a group where you complete 1 program and stop working out
❌ a group that cuts out all the foods you enjoy
❌ a group with quick fixes
❌ a group where you go at fitness alone •
Now on to the GOOD stuff! 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐬...
✔️A group focused on the bigger picture of accomplishing your goals such as weight loss, weight gain, muscle toning, etc. but doing it at a realistic pace
✔️a group where you get to fitness you enjoy and that will get you the results ✔️a group focused on self commitment & discipline ✔️a group focused on balanced eating and learning how to indulge without undoing all you have done
✔️a group that takes healthy living back to the basics ✔️a group that gives you a solution to achieve your health + fitness goals through all seasons of life
✔️a group where you complete your first fitness program with another program waiting for you to begin right after ✔️ a group that lays the foundation to your lifelong health + fitness journey ✔️a group that gives you other ladies to do your journey •
“𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲.”
If you are serious about starting a fitness journey, I extend an invitation to you to begin next 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭! If you wait on your decision, you will let the fear of failure take over and you will be exactly where you are in the next week, month, year. (Been there🙈) Who really wants to be where they are now in the future?! Whatever your goal is big or small, weight loss
I’m a walking statistic. 1 of 5 to have a PMAD. 1 of 4 to have a miscarriage. And you thought #BabiesAreTheWorst was just about PPD? Doesn’t my book sound like a real fun read?? Trust me: this is NOT the book I thought I’d write. I never imagined this would be my story. But I feel compelled to share because if in doing so just one person feels less alone in their heartbreak/confusion/rage, it’s worth sharing. It helps me feel less alone too. Today is #pregnancyandinfantlossawareness day and we’re not alone. .

Today is my 1 year blogiversary 🙋🏼♀️ I can remember pushing the button a year ago & publishing my site. I was SO nervous but knew it something I’ve been thinking about doing forever.
My blog is more than just pretty outfits, clean beauty swaps & books. I share a ton of real life stories & feelings. I basically just talk about being a 30 something year old who is still totally clueless when it comes to this “adulting” thing.
I created this space to share my thoughts & experiences with hopes to motivate and inspire at least one person. And to have a little judgement free community of ladies who share my same passions....and love a glass of wine every now & then (or bottle 🤷🏼♀️). So thank you for following along & reading my blog posts this past year. I’ve connected with so many amazing women through my blog & I’m just getting started!
Shameless plug- subscribe to my blog to get my weekly newsletter every Friday. You’ll get extra content that you won’t see anywhere else!
Love all my badass boss babes out there 💙

Gym Intimidation is NO JOKE.
Let me know if you have any tips for gym intimidation in the comments below.
When my anxiety is at its highest, I go back to the person I was when I first started training.
The anxiety. The panic. The tight feeling in your chest. For some people, it may not be this bad but for me starting the gym was probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever done.
The feeling of walking in but having no clue if you're doing something right. That everyone is watching you and judging you. I hate that feeling. For me there's nothing worse for me than being the centre of attention when I didn't feel confident within myself.
Being outside of your comfort zone gets like that sometimes.
So what do you do to fix it?
1. Have a plan: Know exactly what you are going to do before you get there. If you arrive unprepared you will end up resorting to the treadmill or just leaving all together.
2. Start in the studio: start in a less intimidating area, whether it's your house or the studio. Become confident in one routine then take it to the gym.
3. Gym outfit. Self explanatory. Wear something which makes you feel fire.
4. Music: I listen to grime/trap when I train only because it gasses me and makes me feel like a badman🤷🏻♀️
5. Change your gym time: I encourage you to go in the morning instead of evenings where it's less quiet. Plus the people in the mornings just want to train and leave.
Let me know if you have any tips for dealing with gym intimidation in the comments.

THIS IS MY 36. This quote embodies everything I feel about getting older. I continue to grow and learn new things about myself every day. There are things that I know for sure... I don’t settle for bullshit. I like being informed and in the know. I’m nosey...I WILL ask questions. Open the door...J9 is walking in. “Inquiring minds want to know.” 🙂🙃 I’m unapologetically petty. I stand up for my friends and I keep them close. I enjoy a good screenshot...especially when I can use it as proof and circle pertinent information in a highlighted color (Thanks, IPhone)!📱😂 I love tacos. I eat them every Tuesday (and other days too-no judgment) and will hopefully continue to celebrate Taco Tuesdays as long as I can! 🌮 I like reality television. I can’t get enough of my tv shows. 📺 I love my job and the people that I choose to surround myself with. I love people who strive to be and do better. I love goals. I always want to be working towards something. I work hard because I want someone to do the same for me. I don’t like too many extra people (and that’s okay). 😏 The studio is one of my happy places. I like to dance it out and just be thankful and appreciate my body for what it can do. 🦄💜 Nothing makes me more proud than seeing a student of mine smile, embody confidence, nail something, and show the world what badasses they truly are!
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬?
Thinking about what will you be doing 5 years from now? How are you setting yourself up for the future life you want? Blah, Blah, Blah
& while all that is good and important. We all need 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄. It’s just as or even more important to stay present & surrender to what God has planned over your life.
Sometimes when we are always trying to look for our next best move or whatever the next thing looks like for you. We will create resistance because what you 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐊 you need right now but not be in alignment with God’s timing over your life.
𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐕𝐄 that what’s meant for you will always come.
As I think back over my life I’m so thankful for all the things God didn’t allow to happen in my life because if they would, they would have just took me off route.
Sometimes it’s okay to just stay where you’re at, present, grateful and doing the work necessary to make changes but not overdoing it to where it will create resistance.
𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.
Comment ❤️ below if God has ever saved you from something that was really going to destroy you.

I’m not sure what it is. But this year has been the year where what I need comes first. If I need distance, I give myself the grace to take it. If I need distraction, I allow myself the time to be distracted. I’ve found that I’m not looking for drama. I’m looking for peace, happiness, positivity. Sometimes that means it’s just me, alone, doing my thing but because of that focus, and that specific elimination of things around me that cause me stress I’ve felt 100% better. So hide those people on your Facebook that only post drama, disconnect from the people in your life who only want you to do for them, set boundaries and enjoy your life. You know what I mean?
COMMUNITY we need each other. A Healthy Connection. Healing in Relationship because in all of our sleepy unconsciousness, we have hurt each other. May we come together. Gather in circles ~ daily, weekly, monthly, in your prayers and in person. Do the healing, together. We heal in relationship, if we intend to. Look into the eyes of your fellow neighbor, and see, hear and appreciate, the journey of our shared humanity. A humanity that is trying to wake up. Anxiety is waking our humanity up. Depression wants us to wake up. To the light, to the color, to LIfe. Let us do this healing & awakening, together. Heal the shame. Heal the blame. Heal the jealousy. Heal the wounds from patterns of right, wrong, good, bad, black and white. Our prayer is for global healing and awakening in community. #joinincommunity#findyourtribe#youareneeded

Pumpkin Patch Fun! .
Spent yesterday afternoon with these guys for our annual trip to the pumpkin patch. I love this time of year as it's full of time with family and fun traditions 🧡 😊 .
What's your favorite fall tradition?
Play vs work. Is there a difference really when you're a creative?
Practicing creativity helps improve and grow your creativity. I've really learned these last few months it's an important practice that I've got to implement if I want to continue to grow as an artist.
Painting abstract is something I've been diggin' a lot lately. What I'm finding to be true for me is that when I sit and play and stretch my "creative muscles" then I paint more easily and in a "flow" while painting a scene on a large canvas, even it's a landscape or a floral.
How do you find your creative inspiration?
I'm still a work in progress and this quote really resonated with me this morning. I've been working really hard at focusing on me and stopping the comparison game. I'm certainly nowhere near perfect but I'm happy with where I'm at.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Are you content?
Do you spend hours hunching over a computer or staring down at a smartphone? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You've likely been plagued with "tech neck." This is caused by repeatedly craning your head down and forward to look at a screen.
This applies excess pressure (up to 50lbs) on bones and muscle meant to handle only 10-12 pounds (the head's weight at neutral). It can feel like a strain at the neck, stiffness in the shoulders, might result in headaches, and can do worse damage to the spine over time.
Here are a few exercises that will train the body to keep the head and shoulders back in correct alignment. And keep the back/neck strong. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

:: Trigger Warning :: This a candid picture of me and my rainbow baby this past weekend. It’s a strange feeling to know he wouldn’t be here had I not experienced a miscarriage with my second pregnancy. I absolutely wouldn’t trade him for the world, but I also wouldn’t choose to go through that experience again and I will always wonder who she would have been. I know I can’t have both, but that doesn’t mean I don’t feel it all.
Pregnancy loss comes with a complex set of emotions and the impact of such a loss is extremely individualize. For me, the pain is in the way I found out and the trauma was due to the medical response - I loved my doctor but I had what is termed a “missed-miscarriage” so I was given three horrible options to officially “terminate” the pregnancy and the hospital experience was incredibly insensitive.
Then, when I was pregnant with my rainbow baby, I was scared to trust my body. Deep deep down I was holding my breath and I never fully exhaled until he was in my arms.
October 15th is pregnancy and infant lost awareness. Days like this, and campaigns like #ihadamisscarriage , are so important as they start the conversations 1 and 4 women need to have so we can fully honor and process our experience.
If you are one of the 1 in 4, please know that your experience matters ✊ seek the support you deserve. If you are not apart of the 1-4 it’s very likely someone you love is, be there to sit in the uncomfortable with them. Ask questions, listen, follow their lead. We’re in this together and we need to lean into that after a loss.

We Fall. We Break. We Fail.
We Rise. We Heal. We Overcome. #warriorspirit
This is a *must* read for anyone who knows an entrepreneur..
Chasing your dreams is not for the faint of heart. It takes grit, courage, a vision... and surely a little bit of crazy 🤪.
But the #1 thing that stops people from starting that business, changing industries, getting that certification, or doing whatever it is they really want to do deep down.. is fear.
But not just regular old fear. It's the fear of judgment.
〰️ What if my friends think this is crazy?
〰️ Will I be shunned from my family for taking this risk?
〰️ What if I fail? I can't live with their disappointment
Yes. These are REAL fears of real people. But you have some incredible power, my friend.
Even if you're not yet ready to face those fears yourself... you can help support those around you with a little encouragement.
That's all it takes to help someone accomplish their most important purpose. I know you're up for the challenge.
👇Share below 1- 6, which is ur fave?👇

Imagine if your future self could see you now. What would they thank you for? Could you possibly start on that--even baby steps--today? Give it a try.
This is a screenshot of an article posted on CNBC (Thanks Apple News...). I will include the link to the article in comments but this is what really jumped out at me: The #1 habit self-made millionaires share is that they forge valuable relationships with people that aspire to be positive and success-minded!
How many people truly get to choose who they work with? How many people get to be surrounded by a team of incredible people whose job description includes: personal growth, lifelong learning, helping others live their healthiest and happiest lives, motivating and inspiring others, and lifting each other up to collectively grow and succeed? I DO!
This was the biggest surprise about joining Arbonne as an Independent Consultant - the people. Every single person - especially those at the very top of the business - are the best friends you want to have! I have never been surrounded by such positive, goal oriented, happy and grateful people. Yes they are driven and work their butts off but they are in this business because they want balance, time with their family, financial freedom, abundance and the opportunity to live their very best lives! We don't compete with one another, we build each other up, support each other and take great pride and joy as we see our friends and colleagues succeed.
The people around me are exactly why I am going to the top of this business... no self made millionaire or other person at the top of their field will say it was easy. I'm not looking for easy - I just want to be inspired and supported and challenged as I work my butt off and give my family the life they deserve!
If this resonates with you in any way... message me! ;-) #ottawamom#mompreneurlife#arbonnelife#healthylivinginsideout#lifebydesign#findyourtribe#chooseyourteam#beinspired#workfromanywheremom#abundance#iamworthy#whynotme
Day 15 of #GirlAboutOctober and the theme is ‘a proud moment’. There’s a lot in my life I am proud of: surviving teacher training; doing well in my career; buying my first house in my twenties; travelling independently and most recently earning a place on the @girlaboutblogsquad and using that to write about things I feel really passionate about 💛 But what I am most proud of is my family. Forever my greatest achievement. 🏡❤️
What are you most proud of?
Some people bring out the best in you. Others bring out the worst in you. Understand when your environment is putting you into survival mode. (Survival mode being a mental space you put aside your morality, do things out of character etc)
To believe you don’t start to mirror the actions of those around you would be naive. Find those that bring balance & encourage a state of mind that fosters trust, certainty & love. They say the easiest way to change your life is to change your inner circle. Your everyday blessings will start to manifest once you have the right people around you 💕 #tooblessedtobestressed#love#smile#joy#happiness#findyourtribe#smilemore
P.s. smile more! It looks good on you 😊

This girl and I have so much in common like being fun, cool and pretty😉 but there’s something even bigger that we share and that is the FEAR OF FAILURE.. yep I said it. From the outside looking in, we both have a life that looks glamorous and easy, and I’m here to tell you that is not the case. So often we hear “well you must have joined at the right time” or “it’s easy for you bc you don’t care what other people think” L O FREAKING L at those comments bc they are FAR from true.
@peytonsprogress and I started our own businesses the same exact way everyone else does which is extremely terrified and afraid. We both started with little to no confidence in ourselves and had no idea how we would make this business work. I know that for me, I didn’t feel qualified to help others get their health and wealth back because I didn’t feel like I had those things either.
But here’s the kicker, here is what set me and Peyton apart from all of the others... it was our willingness to do this business AFRAID. It was our realization that the only way to become qualified was to put our fears aside and do it anyways. I’ve learned over these past 2 years that ACTION reduces fear and increases COURAGE. I’ve learned that failing daily and sharing that with others gives them the encouragement they need to see that they too can do this business. You aren’t supposed to be a perfect leader. That gives off false hope for anyone else wanting to join your business.
I didn’t become an Executive Regional Vice President by accident or by starting at the right time. I became an ERVP by taking action daily, helping my team become the best leaders, sharing this business with hundreds of people, not letting fear dictate my life, and simply being a product of the product. People follow others that know exactly where they are going which is what I have done with Peyton. She said from the start that she would be an Executive National Vice President and I knew at that moment that I wanted to be a part of her success. You can be apart of our success too... You just have to do it afraid. You have to say “yes” with all of your doubts, fears, hesitations and worries. Fortune favors the bold!!
