1. Stop following fancy diets & stressing yourselves
2. #Processedfoods , junk, canned or fried foods - these are basically high GI foods, with preservatives & transfats. Also avoid refined flour
3. #Milk has the tendency to increase testosterone levels. It also has higher IGF 1 which is also high in #PCOS women
5. #Soy & it's products
6. #Caffeine & other beverages, alcohol, smoking
I strongly believe that animal based food is the cause for PCOD. They advise lean grass fed organic meat. (Is it possible to get all these stuffs. All animals (mainly chicken & cow) are grown with chemicals & hormonal injection these days including milk).
So I would suggest you to go on for a plant based diet for atleast 1-3 months till you cure it. If you can't live without non vegetarian, good quality #fishes would be my choice.
Just losing a 5% weight can cause significant improvement in PCOD ovulation, cardiac profiles & insulin resistance. Try to maintain weight within normal BMI 18.5 -23.
As usual, active #excercise & #meditation for 30-40 mins atleast 5 days in a week, good sunlight exposure atleast 20 minutes.
If you ask for one best supplement, it would be omega 3 fatty acids. List of supplements, I have mentioned in previous posts.
Even if you can't do any of these things, one simple & key tip, don't think too much & stress yourselves. (To too much thinking like PCOD causes weight gain & to cure PCOD we should lose weight, how's it possible)
