This is for anyone who wants to lose weight, play a high school sport, works a 9-5 and feels like they can’t do it.... you fucking can! I promise you I was 117lbs and told I can’t play sports again i said fuck that.
My first show I took 8 out of 8
three years later I won my first overall and got three of them in one year I used to doubt myself everyday I still do but you have to stand up and look yourself in the face and say man or woman up. Is it hard? Hell yes day In and day out but you have to rise above those negative thoughts I can’t today, I’m tired, I’ll do it tomorrow nah do that shit now....
Do it for yourself Because two weeks from 4 months from now 5 years from now you’ll look back and say it was worth getting off my ass.
We all have greatness in us it’s the ones who ignore the pain and fight through who obtain it.
I have a lot of work to do but I’m hungry I have knee pain, shoulder pain, self doubt but I want to be a great bodybuilder, athlete, and person more than I want to rest and complain.
Dare to be great idk who needs to hear this but you can fucking do it!
Goodbye beach body 👋🏽 It’s lockdown 2.0 here in California, prep yourselves for Sad Savi posts about missing the gym again LOL jkkkk, a local gym is moving all of their equipment outdoors and I’m probably going to join bc I’m just so much happier when I have access to a gym. I’ve never been a fan of cardio + HIIT + calisthenics but the last quarantine forced me to get into it. I learned to love it, and I loved progressing in that department... but I’m a relatively chill person so weightlifting has always been my fave. Ya just pick up and put down weights 🤷🏽♀️ jkjk there is way more to it than that but you get the gist. WHO KNOWS maybe I will come out of this with a home workout guide for you guys 😈 And for now, check out my highlights to find out where you can find my no-equipment workouts hehehe

Note to future self- If the name of the workout sounds like you might die don’t double it and add weight.
15 hang squat cleans (115/80lbs)
15 lateral over the bar burpees
Add weight (135/95lbs) and repeat!

I’m posting this because 1) I know I haven’t posted anything fitness related in a week, but that’s because I’ve been on vacation and ended up being too busy living in the moment and enjoying life to post a workout, but that’s what life is supposed to be right? 🤷♀️ and 2) a reminder to love yourself and wear the damn bikini!!! A bikini body is any body in a bikini, remember that 😁❤️

Real talk: I took this photo a few months ago and held off from posting for so long because I thought the angles and lighting weren’t flattering enough. A lot of times we are so caught up in what we see in social media and the environment we are in. We start comparing ourselves to the people around us and start picking ourselves apart to get a certain “look.” But in reality..YOU ALREADY HAVE “the look!” 💁🏽♀️
Social media pages are always marketing to get a “flatter tummy” or “melting away fat,” but when do you ever see the hype about FEELING GOOD and LIVING HEALTHY?! 🥬⚖️ 🍔 That’s what is important! Looks and features will change over time — that’s normal and it takes time! But the main focus should be on how you feel from what you consume and how you treat your body. And focus on pushing yourself to be the best and healthiest version of yourself (unless of course it’s your job, such as certain sports, actors/actresses, bodybuilders, etc).
