Have you heard of Kale Guacamole?? I'm sharing my special recipe with you!
A cup of chopped raw kale delivers more than 100% of your daily vitamin C, 200% of your daily vitamin A, and more than 600% of your daily vitamin C. Green leafy vegetables are the cornerstone of a healthy diet, promoting vitality and detoxification. They help burn fat, prevent aging, support cardiovascular health, fight diabetes, increase gut microbial communities, build enzymes, neutralize toxins, and even protect against sun damage.
Avocados, although they are fruits, have a high fat content of between 71 to 88%, 2/3 of which are health-promoting monounsaturated fats, especially oleic acid. Avocados have important nutrient benefits, including intake of potassium, vitamin K, vitamin E, fiber and magnesium.
Juice of 2 limes (about 2 tablespoons)
2 cups kale leaves, stems removed and roughly chopped
2 tablespoons shallot or red onion, chopped (or less to taste)
¼ cup cilantro leaves
1-2 Serrano or jalapeno, deseeded
3 large ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
½ teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1 medium tomato, chopped
1. In the bowl of your food processor, combine the lime juice, kale, onion, cilantro, Serrano and salt. Pulse until finely chopped.
2. Add the avocado and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
3. Taste for seasoning and add salt or lime juice if necessary.
4. Stir in chopped tomato.
5. Serve with sliced vegetables and organic corn chips.

Here’s my videos for my🏋️♂️ M O V E for 30 workout + cool down for the day! 🙌 . . . Start with stretching or some light yoga to get the muscles warm and blood flowing 🧘♀️- at least 15 minutes
Then Workout - 3 Rounds:
☑️ Sumo Squats - x 20 - w/ 15 lb. dumbbell
☑️ Mountain Climbers - x 30 seconds
☑️ Kettle Bell Swings - x 20 - w/kettle bell (I started with 30lb, went down to 25lb🤪)
☑️ Slam Ball Wall Throw - x 15 - w/ 10lb ball
☑️ Side Lunges - x 15 each leg
☑️ Dead Lift - x 20 - w/ 15lb dumbbells 💪
Cool Down - 3 Rounds:
☑️ Birddogs - each side x 15
☑️ Alternating Toe Touches - x 30
☑️ Supermans - x 15

The only explantation I have for this workout is Corona. 😅
This morning I woke up and decided to bike 30 miles. 🚴🏼♀️ I haven’t biked that far in 2 years but I knew mentally I could do it today. Well, I decided might as well bike 40 miles and run a mile. Started running and decided to run farther.🏃🏼♀️ Because I’m crazy. 🤪
I’ve never done a workout this hard, let alone trained for this workout. It was 💯% telling myself I CAN. 💪🏼 The most important thing is, is that I feel so much mentally.

These yummy little treats are vegan, refined sugar free, paleo, dairy free and gluten free! Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, but over the last few years I have realized that my body can’t really handle dairy like it used to. These little babies are the ultimate substitute and dare I say… even better than the real deal 😏
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup shredded coconut
10 medjool dates
1/2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 cups raw cashews (soaked in water overnight)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. In a food processor combine all ingredients for the crust until finely mixed together.
2. Press a little bit of the dough into each muffin cup. (I used a silicone muffin mold) *note* if you wet your fingers with water continuously, the dough will be easier to work with.
3. Put the muffin tin in the fridge while you make the filling.
4. Drain and rinse the cashews
5. Place the cashews in a food processor or a @Vitamix with the rest of the filling ingredients. Blend until smooth.
6. Take the muffin tin out of the fridge and spoon the filling mixture into each muffin cup. (I filled mine almost to the top)
7. Keep it simple and place these in the fridge for 2 hours to set
8. OR you can add fun toppings like berries, cinnamon or melted dark chocolate before placing in the fridge. This time I added blackberries on top
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7-10 days.... enjoy! 😋

Youth Workout #2 has been shot and will drop tomorrow morning in our LIVE Members Lounge.
It's a great way to get your kids up and moving in an organized and structured fashion. The difficulty is appropriate and helps to challenge the body in different ways and planes to build strength and confidence.
We been told recently that many PE teachers are "assigning" activity daily or weekly. Workouts like these are great resources for parents to ensure your kids are unplugging and getting the most out of their time.

Guess I just needed to be quarantined to gain some weight definitely haven't been as active as I like. But im the heaviest I've ever been and I honestly love the shape coming in. I've decided to not compete in June but no worries I get to focus on growing more. Have a blessed day 🙏 #fitfam
I think I've made some progress!! On the left I was 24 and 145lbs and the right 29 and 195lbs. Health is our biggest asset in life are you investing into yours?
