My fitness transformation story (for the guys that are struggling to add mass).
I started as a skinny fat dude in my teens and 20s, eventually overcoming my "bad genetics" and getting into shape (then going into amateur bodybuilding competitions).
I made a video (link in bio) for the "hard gainer" guys that are told, like I was, that you'll be skinny for life.
Fitness did not come naturally to me... and definitely no fitness role models in my family.
In the video, I share a few fitness rock bottom moments. Along with DEXA scans and the process of bulking and cutting.
I share behind the scenes of the amateur bodybuilding journey and that it was all achieved naturally (no steroids! One reason it took me a LONG time to build muscle).
This is definitely a video I should have edited a few years ago. For some reason, I felt now was the right time.

*My 12 week exercise and healthy eating plan : Today is officially the end of the plan and my final picture of my weight loss journey! Total loss 2 stone 12lbs (so close to 3 stone) More importantly my fitness level and confidence has improved so much over those 12 weeks and I feel happy in myself again!
My goal now isn't to get to a number on the scales, I really tried hard and kicked the habbit of stepping on them everyday!
My aim is to keep working out everyday because it makes me feel energized and completely lifts my mood for the day.
I don't want to be strict with a diet plan but to stick to eating healthy and having treats now and then because as everyone says it really is all about

But my real “why” is to be a positive influence in the life of others. From your first step into the studio, I want to spread my enthusiastic and energetic vibes with the whole class. I want to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. I want clients leaving in a better mood than they came in with. To me it’s a lot more than just a workout.
