Woke up sick today so heres a lil throwback to when I saw the NASA exhibition at the Brisbane Museum a few months ago 🚀.
I can't really explain how it felt to see parts of the actual rocket that got us to the moon, or seeing belongings of the people that went on the trip. 😁🦋 Almost a humbling feeling. It's like a reminder to me of how utterly massive the universe is and that I'm only a small part of it. 🌼
One day I'll have enough money to visit all the world's most important museums, until then I guess I'll just day dream about seeing the world 😅🌈

I got tired of pumpkin spice lattes so I went back to my matcha flavored drinks haha 🍵💕 For those of you who’ve seen my stories, you know it’s been hard for me to sleep lately. Some of you mentioned it might just be stress, but I never thought it would affect me so much until recently. My lack of sleep left me feeling exhausted, like I’m operating in a mental fog. It became hard to perform my best in all aspects of my life.
So I took the time to unwind and do some “self-care” yesterday and I already feel a bit better today. Of course, it won’t happen overnight, but it reminded me that taking care of myself should also be my responsibility. Self-care is crucial for our physical, emotional and mental well-being. We are more resilient and more able to handle life’s stress when we are feeling our best both physically and emotionally.
