Thank you to everyone for sending me birthday wishes and for all the amazing people in my life who have helped make this birthday special, even those who are sending me love from afar (@kingcarolinex 😘) These last 23 years I have been absolutely blessed! I cannot wait to continue my journey and see all the exciting places life takes me 💫
Shout out to @saammyw for surprising me with a scrumptious grazing platter - honestly, contact her for any events! 🥰
🙋♀️Big congrats to the City of Toowoomba for such spectacular floral displays. I was personally gob smacked at the enormity of it all that I failed to take many pics. Was far too busy soaking up the experience. For the peeps that haven't made it to the Toowoomba Garden Festival, I will post the few pics I did take🦋 *
The spring equinox signifies the gradual ascent into light as the sun gains strength and the natural world wakes from its slumber. The natural world is coming alive once more and so too do us as our bodies move in sync with the natural world and slowly become energised once more again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some ways to celebrate
✺Get out in nature.
✺Plant some seedlings.
✺Listen to some spring inspired songs. I love “here comes the sun” by the Beatles and “gypsy” by Fleetwood Mac. ✺Decorate your alter with flowers.
✺Have an outdoor picnic.
“Nothing is so beautiful as spring.” ✨
Where do I even begin with this... A year ago November we contacted a kijiji ad about a rental property and when the owner of the home answered I gave him the run down of who we were, a florist, her fiancé, and their fur children, looking for a home to call their own before they purchased a home to call their own.. about 2 minutes later I received a message from @lakelifestudio saying “ come see please! We would love for you to check it out “ we rolled up and fell in love instantly with the property and the people showing it to us. In that moment I knew this wasn’t going to be just a “ rental situation” it would be a lifelong friendship. Reg and Gou made space for us not only in their home and community, but also in their hearts. They have, without hesitation, helped us feel more comfortable, welcomed, supported and celebrated more then any place I’ve ever lived. Their families have opened their arms for hugs, ears for listening, kitchens for cooking and willingness to accept us as long time friends and for that I’m forever grateful, not to mention the beers on beers and amazing beach day memories. Making magic for two people who have surrounded themselves with a village of some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met has truly been one of the highlights of my career. They trusted every opinion I had, allowed me to guide them in the wedding planning process, had me be a day of coordinator and gave me a confidence in my business I didn’t know was possible. I can’t thank you both enough for every single last thing you’ve done for myself and my little family. I thank the stars every time I am at the water for coming into your lives and I wish you literally nothing but the best. Always. With all my love, congrats on such a perfect love filled day! Cheers to the newly weds!

What a change in weather! Autumn has definitely arrived, I picked some vases of flowers yesterday before the rain hit and have them dotted around the house. Sunday night organising now for the week ahead, have a cosy one x
