PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES🥜
For the peanut butter base
1 ½ cups peanut butter (home made- just roast peanuts and use a blender to make a paste. Add salt accordingly)
½ cup honey
1 ½ cups oat flour (just blend oats)
For the chocolate topping
1 ½ T Hershey’s cocoa powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Honey according to your liking
1 ½ Coconut oil

We often go to places that are in the vicinity but this was different and was father to my home. Nevertheless, i found it the most beautiful place i have seen lately! 🌸🥙🤩🤩🤩 The food was scrumptious but over and above i love the place! This weekend we traveled to Peru to begin the fourth cycle of our Gourmet Dinner Club. @amjanocha and @d_wage brought the appetizer, a show-stopping causa (photo 2) with layers of potato, avocado, and chicken.
For the main course, @danrlicata and I grilled whole red snappers with roasted potatoes, black quinoa, cucumber salad, aji verde sauce, and anise rolls on the side.

happy Saturday! 💙 here’s a bowl of overnight chocolate oatmeal topped with strawbs, blackbs, bluebs, choc cookie dough, @livezero.hk cacao nibs, @bobsredmill shredded coconut, @lindt_chocolate dark chocolate, @manitobaharvest hemp seeds AND vegan chocolate wafers I’m not sure where I got 🙊🙈 || I think I have an ear infection/ pimple and it’s making my head (and uh ear) hurt 🤦♀️ trying to get to a doctor soon but I’m just gonna have to deal with the pain for the time being 😫 my left ear has always had particularly sensitive skin and so it gets infected/ damaged pretty easily... keep your hands away from your ears friends!
