Trying to grow the tree trunks — they haven’t been as much of a focus as upper body, and I’m pretty happy with my upper body at the moment for the most part.

I’ve always had decently big legs, but I hold a lot of fat in my legs/waist so I’ve never had great definition, right now i am focused on growth and strength, the definition will come with time and intermittent fasting. 👌🏼

This may not be the prettiest smoothie but it definitely is a great post-workout treat with around 23 (yes 23!) grams of protein👊
1 cup frozen strawberries
About 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup @traderjoes vanilla soy milk (7 grams protein) @lightandfit 6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt snack cup (12 grams protein)
Topped with about 1 tbsp unsalted peanut butter (3.5 grams protein), pepitas, coconut chips, and @gatherersgranola
❤️Chicken Mushroom & Onion Pie
🍂Autumn is definitely here, so I thought I’d make a lovely heartwarming pie. Had some chicken and mushrooms in, so add in some red onions, black garlic, a drizzle of balsamic and some luxurious Creme Fraiche - and we have this little rustic number!
I found that by using Creme Fraiche it gave the sauce lots of body with a really creamy taste.
1 x clove garlic, crushed
2 x black garlic, pressed
2 x red onions diced
4 or 5 chestnut mushrooms, diced
2 x chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1 veg stock cube crushed
1 chicken stock cube crushed
Fresh sprig of Thyme, finely chopped
Fresh parsley chopped
4 tsps of Creme Fraiche
Couple splashes of Balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper seasoning
1 egg for pastry edges
In a shallow casserole dish fry the garlic, veggies and chopped herbs. Add the chicken pieces and sear at first then turn down low. Add chicken and veg stock cubes and a little boiling water, followed by the Creme Fraiche. Stir well together before adding seasoning of salt and pepper. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir through.
Take a large pie dish (or individual ones) and spoon in the creamy filling. Top with the rolled out pastry. Egg wash the edges, make small incisions in the pie top and decorate as you wish.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 mins.
Ravenous by the time I got home today. I managed to dodge burgers, chips, cake, chocolate and ice cream at the kids party. Got home and made chicken skewers - marinated the chicken in soy sauce and jerk seasoning (done this morning) Put them on the skewers with mushrooms and peppers. Cooked for 20 mins Brushed a little reggae sauce on and cooked for another 5 mins. Served with rice YUM #slimmingworld#slimmingbride#slimmingmummy#dinner#synfree#yum#foodideas#kebab#weightloss
Um. I have not meal prepped so this is lunch. 😂 and yes I drove to a park down the street and hiked to a picnic table to eat this outside because even tho I will heat up fish in the break room microwave with absolutely no shame I am not *that* big of a jerk.. #kipperkrew#kippersfolife#stanklunch

Low carb pizza made from a low carb tortilla!👏🏽
This was ridiculously easy.
-low carb (or any kind) tortilla / wrap
-organic no sugar added marinara
-shredded mozzarella cheese
-any other toppings
Heat oven to 425, place in oven until cheese starts to bubble.
Done! How easy is that?! I was actually pretty surprised with how good it tasted - was super good!

I’ve had a really bad day for being hungry I’ve just wanted to eat all day and I don’t know why! I’ve still tracked everything and it’s been healthy so in total I’m 200 calories over for the day but sometimes it happens 🤷🏼♀️ I’m not going to get hung up over it, tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I’m not as hungry

Carbs are delicious and, personally, I don’t discriminate. 🤣But, for one of my clients who struggled with trying to eat “perfectly”, like I used to, carbs made her anxious. 😬She felt like she could only allow herself to eat things that were “healthy” like sweet potatoes 🍠and Ezekiel bread. Now, I love those two as much as the next gal💁♀️, but when you tell yourself that’s ALL you can have your body is going to want to rebel and eat an entire loaf of white bread. 🍞Seriously, it’s happened to me! And it was happening to my client, too. She was frustrated that she was craving all of the “bad” carbs, she felt like something was wrong with her. 😤Why did she have ZERO willpower?
During her time in my 1:1 No Food Rules coaching program we redefined what healthy eating looks like. We actually scheduled in times for her to eat things like white bread and refined, buttery crackers😲. This allowed her to normalize these foods and remove the “bad” label causing her to crave them. Guess what? She found she didn’t even LIKE THEM! It was biology that was causing her to crave them, not a lack of willpower. When she realized this she was able to free herself from the constant thoughts of the carbs she “couldn’t” have and the guilt associated with them. If she wants to have a warm dinner roll when out on date night, she can- and WILL, but she no longer feels the pull to eat the entire basket. 🙌🏻THAT, my dears, is what it’s like to live the No Food Rules lifestyle!

Healthy living is more about habits than it is anything else.
As humans, we’re creatures of habit...in so many areas of our lives; healthy living is no exception.
A lot of times, people give up eating healthier or exercising before they’ve had the time to create a habit. Habits take time. Think about a habit you might have ... Saying “love you” at the end of a phone call ... Locking your car doors when you exit the car ... Checking your social media first thing in the morning. To many, these things are second nature, you don’t even think about doing, you just do. Why is that? ... because you’ve been doing them for SO long, you’ve trained your brain.
This is the same concept when it comes to healthy living! YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT LONG ENOUGH TO CREATE A HABIT. A way of life. A few weeks isn’t going to cut it.
When you begin eating healthier and moving your body more, push through the foreign, uncomfortable phase ... soon enough you’ll have created a lifelong habit that you don’t even have to think about anymore, you just DO.

- 2 Pounds of Shrimp
- Corn Starch 1/2 cup
- 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
- Walnuts 1/2 cup
- Boiling water 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Honeydew ( cut into circles)
- The Sauce: - Mayo 2 table Spoons
- Condensed milk 2 table spoons
- Honey 2 table spoons - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Facciamo che state per andare a casa dopo una giornataccia (tipo la mia, diciamo pure che ultimamente sto collezionando numerose giornate di 💩) ed avete voglia di coccolarvi, un bagno rilassante, una candela accesa e di infornare un #comfortfood con i fiocchi!
Allora state leggendo il post giusto!! Forno preriscaldato a 180gradi:
Camembert leggermene oliato, rosmarino, salvia, poco aglio solo per profumare, lo incidente leggermente e mettete in forno dentro la sua scatola di legno per 20" fino a che il formaggio non si sciolga e si perfetto per "pucciare" un caldo bretzel (si a breve arriva la ricetta anche di quelli)
Una volta sfornato miele di castagno 🍯 e via!
