I went to Yummy Yummy to try the bubble waffle everyone has been raving about... and then I saw a little girl order this unicorn drink and could not resist 😂🦄 My favorite ice cream flavors include cotton candy and bubble gum which is the exact ice cream mixture used to create this masterpiece 😋. Topped off with a giant wad of delicious cotton candy and a lollipop. I was sooooo impressed. I avoid dairy like the plague but sometimes I just haveeeee to treat myself 😍🦄🍬🍭🍦 •
Chocolate Chip Cookie Quest Part 2: black sesame version. 🍪🍪🍫🍫
I give myself a 92/100: has the taste and most of the looks, but needs more color and crisp.
This time used the ChefSteps Ultimate Average Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that averages out the 10 "best" popular recipes on the internet. I made a few substitutions based on my preferences of melted butter, dark brown sugar, and AP flour (because I didn't have bread flour or enough cake flour). I also added black sesame powder to the mix for some nutritional value for the kids.
The recipe calls for 350 F for approximately 12 minutes and it was definitely way too blonde for me. I ended going 6 more minutes in 3 rotations to get the color to a point that I trusted the process as being done. The cookies spread a lot more than I expected but the spread was great. It has the perfect thickness to it and didn't mound too much.
- More color. Would attempt to bake cookies at 365 F to see try to impart more color without impacting thickness of cookie too much.
- Would have liked it to be crisper on the edges and bottom.
- Make cookies smaller because these cookies are pretty massive, and because the chocolate to flour ratio is almost 1:1, it's a lot to finish one cookie in a sitting from a sweetness perspective.

Call me crazy but im not at all a '"Pitha fanatic"', my mom makes the most delicious pitha's but like a stupid I denied eating them till today, when my aunt said I'll regret missing them if I only had a bite and i thought of giving it a try!

The osso buco and suckling pig ➡️ (swipe) @sabor_ldn is just incredible. The osso buco just fell apart and melted in my mouth and it’s sauce was thick and punchy and all kinds of delicious...The suckling pig, done properly, again, meat so tender sitting under the crispy and crunchy skin. For the first time I actually took a doggy bag home. I clearly under estimated how generous the portions would be. ‘Sabor’ means flavour in Spanish, and it is exactly what it says on the tin. Lots of flavour going on. We tried other small plates; octopus, tortilla, spinach, croquetas. I am so pleased I don’t have to queue @barrafinalondon any longer to get ‘next level’ Spanish food. Plus they take reservations 💃🏽 It is wonderful to see a female Chef take the lead in the London eating scene and pour all her passion into it. Can not recommend this place enough 🙌🏽👊🏽👏🏽👍🏽
