Some days I just can not help myself.... something about one of my mamas recipes that I put a little twist on and being that the weather is tooooo good to hibernate inside I decided to cook one of my favorite sage white wine dishes on the bbq....
Cast iron white wine sauce with fresh sage.
Super easy and suppppper yummy!
Heat up in your skillet 1-2 tablespoons butter and brown sliced garlic and sage leaves. Add chicken... or rabbit! Or my mama, cause we are cattle ranchers, a nice fillet. Salt and pepper each side and add olive oil.
Once brown, add half cup- 1 cup white wine sauce and finish cooking up. Add fresh sage leaves, sliced tomatoes and carrots, feta cheese and olives... Bon appétit💜

This 2-in-1 recipe is pretty easy and also outlines how to make a comforting DIY bone broth. You could also use this bone broth instead of water to cook your rice and quinoa, you’ll never look back. Bone Broth Recipe🍲👌🏼
1 whole organic chicken. Rotisserie works!
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2-3 bay leaves 🍃 *remove them later
2 celery stalks, chopped (veins removed)
2 large organic carrots, chopped
2 white onions, chopped
~8-9 cups of water
1/2 tsp of sea salt (or more, to taste!)
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
3 cloves of garlic, finely minced
In a large stock pot, add the entire chicken carcass; remove/shred all remaining white and dark meat. Throw in all of the ingredients- except for salt and pepper. Bring everything to a boil and then reduce heat to med/low and simmer (covered with a lid) for ~2.5 hours. It will thicken nicely. Use a strainer to filter ONLY the broth into a container & stir in the sea salt and pepper.
Orzo Greek Salad Recipe 🥗
3/4 cup of good quality olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon minced organic garlic
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoons of raw honey or agave
The Greek salad has 4 cups of cold, but cooked orzo (I cooked mine in bone broth, recipe above!!🍲👌🏼🙃), 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers in every color, 1.5 cups of halved cherry tomatoes, 1.5 cups of diced cucumbers, and 2/3 cup of creamy feta chunks, I always buy goat feta! 🌱 if you wanted to switch it up- grilled halloumi would take this salad over the top!

I’ve been dreaming up these GARLIC & CHEESE CAULIFLOWER CAKES for awhile now and the recipe finaaally came together in time for dinner tonight 👏🏻🧄🥰 Think crispy edges, soft n’ cheesy centers, and a creamy-cool avocado crema topping you’ll totally want to eat by the spoonful. Paired the cakes with herby garlic grilled chicken + broccolini for a fast and easy 30 minute meal 🙌🏼. Let me know if you try ‘em! 😘
1 small head of cauliflower (about 16 oz), cut into florets • 1-2 cloves garlic • 1/3 cup feta, crumbled 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 T. coconut flour (may sub 4 T. all purpose flour flour) • 2 large eggs • 2 T. basil, chopped • salt & pepper, to taste • Avocado oil for pan-frying.
1) Working in two batches, pulse the cauliflower + garlic in a food processor until it resembles rice. 2) Transfer cauliflower/garlic to a steaming basket and steam for abouit 3 minutes, until tender. 3) Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for 2 minutes. Add cheese, flour, eggs, basil, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined. 4) Gently form into patties and pan-fry in oil in 2 teaspoons oil, until golden on each side.
Avocado Crema: 1 avocado • 1/4 cup greek yogurt or sour cream • 2 tablespoons cilantro (or basil) •
1/2 tablespoon avocado oil (to thin — optional) • juice of half lemon • salt + pepper to taste • 1. Blend all ingredients till smooth.
