Found this delicious little spot last week and they have a variety of Southern Asian street food. The service is great and the dishes are reasonably priced. 𝚃𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚎 𝙱𝚎𝚎𝚏 and 𝚁𝚎𝚍 𝙲𝚘𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚞𝚝 𝙲𝚞𝚛𝚛𝚢 was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of savoury and spice! Will definitely come again, do recommend! ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

Bar Ticuchi by Enrique Olvera (Pujol).
If you want to try the food from this well-known Chef, Ticuchi is a great option.
My suggestion is to go with some friends and try several dishes and repeat the ones you enjoyed more.

Pasti sate, gulai, atau tongseng. Iya kan? Tapi kebayang gak kalau daging kambing dimasak saus lada hitam? Hmm, gimana rasanya ya 🤔
150 gr Daging kambing
1 bks SAORI® Saus Lada Hitam
1/2 buah Bawang bombay
1 buah Cabai merah besar
1 buah Cabai hijau besar
2 sdm Minyak goreng
Potong daging kambing berbentuk dadu sedang, bungkus dengan daun pepaya, sisihkan
Iris bawang bombai, cabai merah besar, dan cabai hijau besar, sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang bombai, cabai merah besar, dan cabai hijau besar hingga layu.
Masukkan daging kambing dan SAORI® Saus Lada Hitam, aduk rata. Masak hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.

Today I attended @hoodoobrownbbq’s fantastic BBQ 101 Class. It in, we hands-on learned how to prep and cook spare ribs, pork butt, and brisket. Plus, we got to see and understand the inner workings of smoking each meat, got tons of questions answered, and of course tasted it all too. More photos to come later from this truly awesome experience. Thanks to Cody, Chris, and the whole team!

반찬이 똑 떨어져서 말린나물 말린도토리묵 어제 저녁부터 물갈아주며 불려서 사부작사부작 7가지 반찬 만들었네요(체력방전이라 아침 라면 먹은 건 안 비밀🤫) 낼은 콩나물이랑,무생채도 만들어서 비빔밥해먹어야겠어요😁
