For all the low-carb folks, this is a great one! Steak strips, pepper variety pack, and sauce of your choosing (I like #spiritedmickie Dark and Stormy or Hard Apple Cider and Mesquite, then pan fry till cooked. Then you can choose #lettucewraps if you're avoiding carbs, #brownrice or #glutenfree tortillas if you're avoiding gluten or wheat (as a fun aside, I have a #wheatallergy - it gives me migraines and asthma-like symptoms. It's not a gluten thing, as wheatgrass and sourdough both still affect me. So if you have either gluten or wheat issues, I have all kinds of tips and recipes) or corn or wheat wraps. I like adding cream cheese and sour cream to mine if I'm going for a #phillycheesesteak kind of vibe, but if you're avoiding dairy then the avacado mayo is really nice with these. I like to finish it with some #frankshotsauce and some garlic aioli. Rice (either white or brown) can add a fun burrito vibe as well. Don’t judge 🤦♀️🤣🤣 really didn’t know what I wanted to eat. I wanted something syn free and quick. So I found some fine egg noodles (free) cooked then then added some #Sainsbury ’s mackerel in spicy tomato sauce (free/protein) heated through then added 40g light cheddar cheese (HeA) and big dash of #frankshotsauce
It was so yummy, for something unplanned and threw together I was impressed 😂😂😂 maybe it’s the pregnancy.

True story: I ate buffalo chicken pizza every day for lunch from freshman to senior year of high school 😳 #unwellwithmeghan Since buffalo chicken is my spirit animal, I needed a way to satisfy that craving without the gluten or dairy (the top two most common food sensitivities). With the fibrous addition of squash and kale, this Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash skillet did just that and more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Short on time? Make ahead the spaghetti squash during your weekly meal prep routine. Don’t let it scare you... it’s super easy! Using a sharp knife, halve the squash and spoon out the seeds. Place it in your Instant Pot on the trivet with 1 cup water at the bottom. Pressure cook on high for 7 minutes. Quick release the steam, remove and let cool. (Oven method: 45 minutes at 425°) Once cooled down, use a fork to to remove the “noodles” from the shell. Store in a glass air-lock container for up to one week.
Skillet recipe: Sauté 1/2 diced white onion in avocado oil until translucent. Add 4 cups chopped kale and sauté until crispy. Reduce heat, and stir in 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash and 10-12 oz diced rotisserie chicken. Season with hot sauce to desired flavor and stir. Remove skillet from heat and flavor with @primalkitchenfoods ranch dressing. Serve and top with sliced green onion. Enjoy this totally fulfilling, hit-the-spot kinda meal.

Game night #healthy loaded potato skins. I tossed chickpeas in a homemade buffalo wing sauce with #frankshotsauce and roasted until crispy. Spooned into my potato skins. Sprinkled some chopped carrot and celery on top. Dolloped Greek yogurt with garlic and lemon juice all over. Extra splash of hot sauce and chopped chives. So good!!! #geauxtigers
Lunch: thought I’d have something different as I know have time to put some effort in. So today it was cheesy chips: I used potato: carrots and parsnips for my chips (swipe to see how colourful it looks) coated my chips in #spicentice chips and wedges seasoning. Then I realised parsnips wasn’t a speed so had some pickled onion and gherkins in the side to boost the speed. Topped with 40g #sainsburys lighter mature cheddar (HeA) jalapeños and a dash of #frankshotsauce was yummy filling and syn free. .

Roast brussel sprouts at 400, flip, bake longer (I have no idea how long I leave them in for on each side🙈🤷🏻♀️I like them to get a little browned).
Smash them down to get flatter w a spatula, add vegan cheese, put back in the oven until it melts. Top with a bunch of Frank’s hot sauce. Enjoy.❤️
Using my #cosoriairfryer again for lunch today. I love getting new kitchen appliances. These taters were tossed w some avocado oil, salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder and then I added some roughly chopped mushrooms. -
400 degrees for about 13 minutes in the fryer checked after 6 and gave them a shake.
In the mean time I pan seared some sausages and then added what broccoli I had left. Drizzled it all w some #wholesistersdumpranch and #frankshotsauce and boom 💥 lunch is served!

All were so tasty! They had run out of tater tots that day, so we had chips for our side dishes instead, but this wasn’t an issue for us, they were sooo good 😍

Just 7 ingredients and a few minutes is all it takes to put together these spicy Baked Buffalo Chicken Nuggets. Skip the drive-thru and bring the heat at home. And yes, my kids eat these!

• 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 1 cup plain bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
• 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce
• 1/2 cup butter melted
1️⃣Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2️⃣Trim chicken breast of any fat. Cut into 1-inch, nugget sized pieces.
3️⃣In a small bowl mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, and Italian seasonings.
4️⃣In another small bowl, pour in the buffalo hot sauce and melted butter. Whisk to combine.
5️⃣Dip the chicken pieces into the hot sauce/butter and then roll them around in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure they are good and coated.
6️⃣Places the coated chicken nuggets onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
7️⃣Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the nuggets are browned and cooked through.
