🍇 Winery Info: Domaine de Cristia was established in 1942, with only 2 hectares of vines where at that time all the grapes were sold. When Baptiste Grangeon inherited the vineyards from his father in 1999, he was the first to bottle as Domaine de Cristia. 🍇Today, Baptiste manages the winery with his sister, Dominique which now is comprised of 20 hectares of vines in CDP. The domaine follows organic agriculture for all work in the vineyards and have been certified since 2008. [Source: Bowlerwine.com].🍇
🍇 Wine Info: 2015 Domaine de Cristia Châteauneuf-du-Pape Vieilles Vignes. This wine is made with 100% Grenache from Cristia Haut, a vineyard which faces east and north; the soils are a mix of sand and clay. The vines are 80 - 100 years old. 100% destemmed and aged for 18 months in neutral demi-muids. [Source: @bowlerwine Bowlerwine.com].
👦🏼👩🍷TT's Tasting Notes: Yummy to our tummies!👃 Brambly blackberry, black currant, date, sanguine, and a savory fennel note. 👅Palate is med plus all around with acid, tannin, alcohol, and body. Flavors were similar to the nose at first; ❗However, the wine opened up more as the night went on with other lovely notes that started to make an appearance: rich bordelaise sauce, huckleberry, fruitcake, and a black cherry syrup. DELICIOUS!😍
✳❓How tasty does this wine sound? And of course the food is scrumptious, too. What's in your glasses this weekend friends?❓✳
L’Epigramme - a casual French restaurant at a convenient location. The perfect egg was indeed perfect and the baba au rhum was something real... I really liked their homey atmosphere. 🥰 #paris#frenchrestaurant

Vous avez 5 minutes pour finir cette maxi fondue de Mont d’or, vous appelez qui ?
Tout est réalisable chez nous, on aime le fromage et faire plaisir 🤪
Thank you for having me @bistronomicfood! If you’re ever in Gold Coast in Chicago make sure to stop by this quaint French restaurant. Not only did I get to chat in French with the people sitting next to us, the food and drinks were delicious and the service impeccable. We had the beet salad, turkey croque monsieur, salmon-avocado toast and cheesecake to top it off. As a plus, on the weekends they serve bottomless mimosas (one of my favorite things in the world) See my stories for more! 🇫🇷 Photos by: @katczeaphoto .

I got really excited when discovered that my #Christmas Dinner this year ( 2019 ) will be held in #French Restaurant. I love french food and was really hoping for nice meal with plenty of french wine.
The welcoming was great, Glass of #champagne on arrival, beautiful Christmas Tree and a slightly unpleasant odour. The corridor was quite chilling to say the least. I was asked to leave my coat in cloak room, which was a simple rail with hangers located down the open hallway. #LeGothique has a very nice bar located on the ground floor with definitely gothic deco. Staff was pleasant and welcome.
We`ve moved upstairs where the main restaurant was located ( #mezzanine ). Tables were nicely decorated and had a very cosy feeling with candles on the table and christmas-like lights everywhere.
From the menu I chose:
- Starter - #Assiette de #Burrata et Chacuterie - Burrata, #Parma#ham , rocket, cherry tomato, glazed walnut & balsamic dressing ( really well done, tasty and light ). Only burrata tasted like cheap mozarella, something was missing.
- #Main - #Cotes de #Porc - Best #English#pork chops with #mustard mash... hmm... Pork was in good size ( 2 slices ) but saying "best english" is overrated. I ordered a Mustard Mash, but it didn`t end up having any mustard which was dissapointing. There was nothing exciting about this dish.
- #Dessert - Christmas #Pudding with #brandy sauce... Had only half of my dessert as wasn`t tasty. Only brandy sauce was delicious but pudding itself was not good at all.
I expeced French wine but instead I recieved : Il Pumo #Salento 2016 - an Italian wine , which didn't fail to please me. One of the best wines! #frenchrestaurant#christmasdinner#london#england
Last weekend, went out to eat with the ladies of the family at a fancy French restaurant called #BunhaFaun where I ordered the Salmon. It was fantastic! 😊 Thanks Susan Seaman, Andrea Harris, Joanna Haushalter, and Amy Seaman! It wouldn't have been fine dining without the fine company. 🥰 .....
