Lindsey Dierig and Elyse Killkelley's ARC 409 project creates an innovative timber structural system that enhances the urban environment of Syracuse. Timber ribs reach to 115ft and are infilled with the circulation and necessary systems for the biology labs and science classrooms inside of the Environmental Sciences Vocational Highschool. The building features a pulley operated aquaponic greenhouse and a co-op market to eliminate Syracuse's food desert and create comprehensive education surrounding green technologies.

Condo living never looked so good. This THA designed condominium located in midtown Toronto, is a unique space where modern finishes collide with antique pieces. As the interior architect and designers, the Taylor Hannah team selected existing antique furniture to recover and refinished, which was balanced with modern finishes. It’s the perfect mix of ‘old meets new’.

Full moon rose behind the ancient temple of Poseidon.
Concept and render by @palmaandpartners. The Basel Miami - Inspired by modern art and fusing it with architecture, the 36-story tower becomes a new icon within the Miami skyline. Its uses redefine how an exhibition venue, artists and their studios, hospitality, and lifestyle marry into one address.
Completed last year, the building's tapered sculptural form is further emphasized by a series of external columns. These 56 columns converge into 28 columns along both the bottom and upper sections of the tower in a diagrid form. The diagrid not only strengthens the building’s structural integrity, but creates unique visual and functional conditions. At the base, it serves a series of entry portals, while at the top, it facilitates the building’s iconic form with a series of circular plans terminating in a sharp point. This structural system also allows for column-free office interiors. Phwoar!
