Today turned out to be beautiful. My beautiful @elshiva and I took out new bikes out to the hills and got a real ride in. Proudly prepping @team_lmtls the whole way. I'm telling you its surreal going 49mph on a bicycle. After today's ride I totally get it. Cycling is stupid fun, and hard, and amazing. Cant wait to start training in earnest for the @ironmantri next summer.
But I havent and won't take my eyes off the 50m target. 103 days left to chisel my sculpture. To move the weights. To scream in defiance of their resistance. To be stronger. To be better. To be limitless.
When I first started weight training I decided I only had the time and energy to train legs. So I did, for about 6 months😎. there’s nothing wrong w choosing a program that is within your means. It’s better to set a realistic achievable plan and be able to follow through, than be idealistic and constantly fall short resulting in you losing motivation.
My interest have since evolved into wanting a very defined back and some chiseled abs so we will see where this goes.
On a scale of one to broken back mine was a 14 for this photo 😂😂
Yeah yeah same photo as every other one... but I wanted to compare this to where I’ve been in the past then I realized that’s a dumb idea. So instead I’m using this as a starting point because everyone knows this is my fav pose. Let the lifestyle changes begin. Also stay tuned for possible show updates 🙃
