Juice pulp today and veggie burgers tomorrow!
One of my favorite juice blends: beets, carrot, cucumbers, celery, kale, apple and lemon. I juice the beets, carrots, kale and celery first so I can save the pulp to make veggie burgers. All other scrapes go in the compost pile. What do you do with your left over pulp?
