If there is something in life you really want, you have to just shut up and do it.
Too many people worry about the HOW, they worry about the finished product.
Nobody has any clue on how things will turn out. But if you never start you will never get anywhere.
Just allocate some time today to do anything that works towards your goal.
If you want to run a marathon it might be to book your place in the next marathon in 6 months, hire a trainer, buy a pair of shoes and tell all your friends and family. That will take an hour or less and you are one step closer to running a marathon.
Stop making excuses, start getting optimistic about it being an actual possibility, be patient as fuck as good things take time, and then just shut up and get shit done.

Wentylacja - rozporki wentylacyjne zyskały sobie uznanie szczególnie w okresie od kwietnia do września...w innych miesiącach doskonale wentylują wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Każdy ruch nogą daje ruch powietrza wewnątrz.
Rozmiary - od małego do dużego, od szczupłego do tego mniej :) Każdy znajdzie rozmiar dla siebie...no może każdy (nasz drogi Pan Miłek niestety obszedł się smakiem ) pozdrawiamy

I remember when I used to HATE Mondays. I didn’t want to go to work, and I never wanted to workout afterward (even though it always made me feel better when I did!). It felt like such a chore to start the week, and the anxiety I felt about all the things I wanted to do (but never got around to) was overwhelming.
Let me tell you, a small shift in your mindset paired with intention & action can lead to amazing things.
If you have a hard time with Mondays, try this:
1️⃣Get your workout in! This sets your entire week in motion & it helps so much with motivation to already have one under your belt.
2️⃣Try an active gratitude practice. After you stretch or move your body, write down:
+ 3 things you’re grateful for.
+ 3 things in your control that you can do to make this week great & get you closer to the life you want.
+ 3 affirmations of things you want to achieve, written in the present tense or as if they’ve already happened! If you hate your job, write down affirmations of small steps you can take to move towards a more fulfilling career, for example.
At the end of the week, instead of being down on yourself for what you didn’t do — reflect on why those things didn’t get done & how you can IMPROVE.
This small mindset shift has changed my life, and I hope it can help you tackle your wildest dreams, one small step at a time. 😘

Something that's been really hard for me with nutrition is realizing that it's ok to eat different meals then the people around me and to order with modifications 😬
This might sound weird, but hear me out on this one! ☝️
Even after learning the 2B Mindset it took me quite some time to adjust to ordering differently or filling my plate differently than the people around me (or even than my husband). Now don't get me wrong, I'm not making drastic changes - all I'm asking the waiter is "may I please have double broccoli instead of the quinoa" So simple, right? BUT I was embarrassed to ask. I didn't want to be different. I didn't want to bother them. Like how silly is that?? 😜
Let me tell you, I have been much more vocal lately and have been eating what I know will fill me up and make me FEEL GOOD and it's been amazing! I think there's nothing more satisfying than leaving a restaurant and being happy with the choices I made! 😍

After a couple of weeks with some physical ailments and doctors visits, it felt good to be back at it this morning. Destroyed my legs and loved every minute of it! Starting the week off without my little productivity buddy (baby radish kitchen timer 🤣🤣🤣) is like throwing money down the drain...I am losing precious time whenever I start tasks without a good old fashioned kitchen timer. 😥
Here it is 3 PM EST and I have gotten nothing of substance done but spin around chasing my tail and responding to every little blip and beep my phone and computer decide to chirp out!

On July 1, 2019 I started tracking my daily priorities and to do’s and it morphed into this format.
I started adding in the grateful section to help me start my day off with gratitude for the things in my life that bring me joy. Sometimes it’s as small as being thankful for making breakfast for my kids, a new business win or as big as the love I have for my family.
It allows me to pause in the morning and think about all the great things that are happening in my life and really sets my day up for success.
Then I list three things that I absolutely need to get done on that day in my top priority section. These are things that will move the needle that are essential to a project that absolutely have to get done this instant and are important to moving onto the next step.
And then I finish out with daily to do’s… These are sometimes fairly mundane, but need to get done.
By tracking everything on a daily basis I’ve been able to reduce the amount of time I spend futzing around on nonessential stuff and has cleared up a lot of my day to be able to put the brain power where it needs to go.
Now, I know I did not revolutionize the daily task guide, but I am definitely thankful for this format and who knows… It may help you too.
Mondays have gotten a bad rap. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭.
What would it be like to flip the script and start looking forward to Mondays? No sense going into each week of your life kicking and screaming.
❶ Try looking forward to the fresh start, the "do-over" or course correction that Mondays can represent. Dread is a recipe for anxiety, who needs more anxiety these days?
❷ If you hate Mondays because you "aren't ready" and feel behind when the day hasn't even started yet. What would it feel like to spend a little time on Sunday PLANNING out your week? Take control of what you can and see better results and more calm in your life.
❸ If Mondays are your nemesis because you only have two days for fun and relaxation you would do well to find some time during your week to infuse what you love. There's joy in the journey. Don't wait until someday.
❹ Is it not really Mondays you hate, but the people you are around once Monday starts? Do what you can to limit your exposure to dream stealers and negative energy.
❺ Do yourself a favor and start your week with a tank that is full. That means, give yourself enough rest over the weekend, hydrate and fuel yourself so you aren't the negative energy that others are avoiding.

This is How to go from ZERO to Hero...
1. Must have a goal and it must be written down where you can see it everyday. Paste it in your office, bathroom, closet, cell phone.
2. Make a list on google docs of all your contacts.
3. Pull these reports: birthday, terminated, active, child rider conversions.
4. Put time in your schedule to build NEW relationships after training and Opp night. This should be mandatory. Saturday nights, be with new friends.
5. Have it in your schedule everyday to spend time booking appointments. Get your NEW recruits also booking appointments for you to train them.
6. Treat this as a full time job if you’re fulltime. Part time if you’re part time. Have it all scheduled. Close the sales & recruits.
7. Get referrals & always book appointments with contingent beneficiaries.
My bookstagram is going to go dormant for the next few months.
Christmas is on its way and I’m busy getting ready for the largest selling season of the year! 🎄
I have big plans (and hopes) for this festive season and have been making small chess moves throughout the year to put me in the best possible position to maximise sales. 📈📊
As we get closer to Christmas, my focus is needed more and more to ensure that I stay on track.
