Saigon. Ho chi minh city.
She has been feeling it for awhile -
that sense of awaking.
There is a gentle rage simmering inside her, and it is getting stronger by the day.
She will hold it close to her - she will nurture it and let it grow.
She won't let anyone take it away from her. It is her rocket fuel and finally, she is going places.
She can feel it down to her very core - this is her time.
She will not only climb mountains - she will move them too.
Feeling blessed to be back in this part of the world and having an opportunity to share more about the island of Borneo- my home for 18 years and somewhere that truly has a special place in my heart 🧡 #malaysiatraveltrails
What a worthy place!! Makes your tummy satisfied with delicious Georgian food and on top of that this entrance gate is perfect for an Instagram post😊.
Georgian food is so popular in Russia. Apart from it’s deliciousness, part of it has to do with Russia’s colonial history!
Shwe Indein Pagoda in Inle Lake! This photo is special to me and in a small essay below I’ll tell you why ❤️🤣
Instagram is constantly a topic for debate. We talk about it’s positives and more commonly it’s negatives. There are a fair amount of downsides when you consider the effect it has on the younger generations, mental health and online bullying. More and more nowadays we only hear bad things about this app and there’s an element of shame pushed with it if you use Instagram in some way to benefit yourself. I generally always keep away from these topics and just try to enjoy this space for what it is. Regardless of people’s opinions or dropping engagement it doesn’t massively bother me. I’m so thankful for the like minded friends I’ve made, the wonderful opportunities I’ve been granted and the creativity it’s drawn out from me. I see many people on here shine because they are simply fabulous and this space allows them to show that. I see many people creating opportunities where they might not have had them. I am inspired to travel, live and learn through it ❤️
More importantly to my point, it has shown me parts of the world I did not know even existed. That’s why this photo to me is special. Six years ago before I even ever really used this app I saw a photo of this temple in Myanmar on the Instagram homepage. I instantly screen grabbed it and said one day I would go there when I had the money and opportunity. Six years later with the photo still in my camera roll I finally did. People talk negatively about influence on here but actually it can be pretty wonderful. I am influenced positively everyday by this app. So I suppose my message is just keep sharing what you love. Keep being you regardless of negativity and changing algorithms. You don’t know who you are inspiring. It doesn’t matter if it’s a travel destination or an uplifting quote. This is one of the few platforms where you can be creative and create a space that is yours regardless of background or what life you live. I can honestly say I follow people for them, not always for the most perfect feed because in some way that person inspires me to be better and do more. Thank you ❤️
AD Travelling can really take it out of you - you find a lot of your self care goes out the window (everything pretty much) 🤣 So staying in good shape, a good nights sleep and eating well is so important. On top of that I'm making sure I'm taking multi-vitamins everyday to help support things like my energy levels. @Vitabiotics#Wellwoman Plus contains nutrients to support these areas, designed just for women. #IAmWellwoman#Vitabiotics
