Today marks exactly one month until my due date so I’m doing a few things to prep my body for labor including eating dates, 6 deglet noor dates or 3 medjool dates, a day, which are great for ripening/softening the cervix. I shared more about why I’m using dates (and raspberry leaf tea) in my stories yesterday and added all the info to my pregnancy highlight is you’re interested. 🤔 I also shared a bunch of recipes with dates in case you’re not sure how to eat that many dates a day.
