Watching the sun light up all of the colors of Byce Canyon🧡 was a beautiful sight. The trail through the canyon offers some of the most breathtaking views. Make Bryce one of your stops when visiting Utah🦎.
I think we can all agree that travel is one of the most rewarding activities that we can do in life. Meeting people around the world, understanding cultural practices from distant places - it's all utterly magical.
But with this magic often comes a string of less glamorous side effects that often go undiscussed and unnoticed. One of the drains can be on mental health, a topic you'll rarely see the top travel influencers discussing. Staying healthy while travelling is vital, especially if you travel for long stretches of time. This week's #WhyDoWeTravel featured creator is @burstingmybubblesblog on Instagram; Charlotte helps people manage their mental health so that they can still travel. Take a look at what she had to say below! ⭐
𝗪𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥?
I travel because I love it. Exploring new places, meeting new people. Trying new food. It helps me grow as a person. Just talking about travel gives my butterflies in my stomach. You can learn so much more from traveling that you ever could from being at school. The world is a beautiful and fascinating place and I can't wait to keep seeing more of it.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞?
Travel has helped me to be who I am today. Giving me the confidence to know I can do things that I never dreamed I would. It has introduced me to some of my best friends and has shown me just what I am capable of. I went to Bali by myself at a time when they were devastated by earthquakes. I didn't have a plan and had never done anything like that. From then I was able to see what I can achieve!
𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭?
At the minute due to the current climate situation, I am finding hidden gems in the UK. I really want to explore more of the Hebrides!
International-wise, I can't wait to go to Costa Rica and Cuba!!

The tour of the Belgian Chocolate Village was an amazing experience.
When you are in Brussels you can’t be far from chocolate right?!
And what a fabulous place to know about all the stages of chocolate making - right from growing the cacao trees to crafting the beautiful chocolates that we buy off the stores.. I have just published a blog on this place, so if you are interested in reading about all the details of this lovely tour, please go to my blog. Link is in my bio..
I was worried what people would think...
😳What if I get all the way to Vietnam, hate it, and have to come back home with my tail between my legs?
😳What if people hate the sound of my voice, what if no one listens to the podcast after I've put so much work into it?
😳What if I pivot from podcast management to life coaching and I fall flat on my face? Everyone knows me as a podcast girl now..what will they say??
👉🏽We tend to "what if" the negative, worst-case scenario situations, and it keeps us from daring to courageously try new things.
😍What if...I get to Vietnam, LOVE it, and stay for over 2 years?
😍What if...I get messages from people who have listened to the podcast saying they love it and it has helped them?
😍What if...I pivot to a path that is more aligned with what I really want to do and it turns out amazing?
❌Don't fall victim to your Ego who is trying to keep you safe from embarrassment and being kicked out of "the group".
🧡Listen to your higher self who has bigger plans for you.
😁The thoughts that keep us stuck are habitual. Let's break the cycle and replace them with empowering thoughts so you can move forward and do what scares you!
🚨I have THREE spots in August for the Habit Kickstarter and I'm so ready to help you transform your life!

The other day I posted on my story about how I wear bikinis ranging from size small to extra large. Personally, I’ve never cared what size I wear because my mom’s super cool and taught me that the size of your clothes doesn’t really matter, it’s all about how they fit and how you feel in them. I rather rock an extra large and feel amazing, instead of wearing a medium that makes me want to hide.
I had way too many DM’s though saying “I didn’t realize how big you were” or “you must not know your actual size because that doesn’t make sense”. I’m sharing this not to call specific people out, but to remind people that sizes are arbitrary! They’re literally made up. Every brand does them differently, so of course you can fit into all different sizes, and that’s okay!!
Really, this is just a friendly reminder that no one cares what size you wear! So why should you? Wear what makes you feel confident and you’ll be a million times happier 🌸🌈

Lavender, baby blue, dusty pink, lime green... as you might know, I LOVE colors - especially everything pastel 🤩🌈 What is your favourite color?

Let's go back to one of our trips shortly before the world as we knew it... kind of changed. One of our last trips was to Jordan in December. What a beautiful, amazing and interesting country!
We spent two nights on a camping ground in the middle of the Wadi Rum desert and actually have been the only one together with two smaller groups. The first morning we directly went on an adventurous tour with one of the guides and met these lovely mother camel and her baby. Aren't they adorable?
I've eaten ice-cream. I've watched Emmerdale. I've watched Coronation Street, all whilst dosed up on painkillers, at Nan and Grandad's. What is my Friday night 😂 Just over 2 weeks 🌎🛩 #RoadTripUSA#HurryUp#SummerDreaming
Hi, I’m Kate 👋🏼
Reporting to you from lockdown 2.0, from my favorite daily rainbow spot just outside my backdoor 🌈 I’m taking a second today to share more about myself, as I haven’t done that in almost 18 months... So here goes!
I’m Kate, I’m 24, I live on a farm just outside of Melbourne surrounded by 5 dogs, 3 cats and a ridiculous amount of horses, cows and aussie wildlife too (If I’m not hiking in the mountains or on some sort of adventure, home is where you’ll find me) 🦘🥰
I’m a backyard veggie gardener, a house-plant hoarder, a soon-to-be beekeeper, a writer, a photographer, a trail runner (on the road to marathons 🏔), and an overly passionate and adventurous human being 🧡
Travel for Difference is my creative hub where I talk about everything I’m passionate about; ethical travel, wildlife conservation, conscious living, environmentalism (the holistic/intersectional kind), activism and aaaaaaaaall things in between...
Photography is an ever expanding love of mine and it’s the tool I use to spread important messages... As my photography strengthens, all I can hope is that my message will strengthen too 📸
And to top it off, I have the soul of an old-granny (an adventurous one) and I’m more than okay with that 👵🏻
Okay, now I want to learn more about you... GO GO GO 💫
Never feel ashamed of who you are, where you come from or what you have. Instead be proud of who you are, always, because you are who you are and this must be enough for you because you are the summary of your experiences and who judges you doesn’t know your story!
