Not the biggest but it’s my first ever pumpkin 🎃 Threw the seeds in beginning of June not thinking too much, just hoping they would cover an empty bed. This is the biggest of the 3. What do I do now peeps does it have to sit/cure for a while? I have no clue.

Today @adventuresofanothertwinmumma, the babies and I went for a little day trip at @rhsrosemoor because the weather was so lovely and we had the best day! We walked through the woodland, the rose garden and all three veggie patches and saw so many beautiful things 😍
Morning sunshine on the top of the hedge ☀️☀️.
The tops of this Hornbeam on the other side of the fence are getting a chop today! It’s looking a bit straggly.
Gorgeous day to be doing Garden Jobs....
Day 21 @mygardenthismonth
Enjoy the sunshine folks... 😎
The neighbour pruned their trees yesterday but also on our side (and took the cuttings away 🙌) so that they could put this new net fence up. Hadn't realised just how much overgrowth there was from just the trees, there's a good metre gone and I can now get to the back of the hugely overgrown bushes and shrub rose to properly prune them (it's hard pruning all over in this garden for the next 6 months or so) there's so much more light already coming through and the space feels huge down there now, I can't wait to get the rest cut back so I can start working with it to get lots of colour and texture in!!

🤷🏻♀️Do you ever plant an ornamental, and shortly thereafter wonder “can I eat it, tho?” Well ya’ll, what’s the deal with purple oxalis? The internet is giving me conflicting messages. Stop your Friday night plans. This is REALLY important.💜
So glad I didn’t put the garden chair cushions in the loft! Think today and tomorrow are that Indian summer we’ve been hoping for 😆. Normal service will resume on Sunday with rain and grey skies 🙄 but hey ho, let’s enjoy it while it lasts shall we?
Replacing our one hundred year old windows has meant we could make a cold frame for the ‘promised land’ garden. Sadly I managed to smash a pane on day one. So today I’ve learned a new skill.
There’s a glazer in the house! #newskillfriday .
It's Friday! And while I'm so happy the weekend is here I'm also thinking about everything I got done and everything I still need to do. I definitely have some garden work ahead of me this weekend. I'll also be taking time to look at what I need to get done this fall and before 2020! It's good to check in on our goals regularly!
