Celebrating 🥳 the 3 month hump. Day 91 streaking. Today was truly the first day in a long time I had zero motivation to run. But I put on my big girl shorts and quickly squashed all the negative thoughts. Finished strong with strides and strength training, well because once you are dripping with sweat you might as well go 110% in right?!?
Some days are better than others. Consistency is key 🔑
Today run was much needed after our Governor announced schools are being delayed one more time!! 😭
Now...August 17! 🥴 Almost a month later than their regular starting date!
Trying to keep my sanity in check...🏃♀️🏃♀️

You can tell I was running against the wind on my second mile...🥵🥵🥵
Note: No alcohol involved during this run. At least not before or during my run! 🙈🍷

Motivation is not physical is mental. We know that staying physical active is a challenge, but it can be fun. How? By focusing on yourself and staying positive. ✨☀️😎
It is difficult to remain in an “exercise routine” when we constantly comparing ourself with others. It’s not all about “what’s in” it’s about you and what works for you. I invite you to find something that interest you and use it as a tool to stay active.
