This Thanksgiving I'm seriously counting my blessings because with so many dark days, youre sometimes forced to find light. This weekend I was reminded to have new experiences and be patient with them. That I have so many loved ones surrounding me who make sure im reminded I'm loved and who give so much love to my son. This Thanksgiving I'm happy to have homes to visit and a home to come back to. I'm thankful to be in love with my best friend. I'm thankful for a crazy life thats never ending nonsense that's going to be spent with man who has taught me so much love care and respect. I need to believe things will get better for us, but there are some things I love for their current imperfection. Happy Thanksgiving 🍁🍂🎃

I hope this is not too sensitive to ask :)
What kind of feedback or words that hurts you or you think is harmful to say whenever someone whose struggle with mental health share her/his struggle to you? And what should they say instead? Like what is the right response? Words that makes you feel valid & accepted.
I have friends and family who is struggling right now and I just want to be able to not say the wrong thing and make things worse. Thank you so much :) I will surely learn more about this as well.

When someone says something so profoundly stupid that your only choice is to stare at them like they’re crazy
