New outdoor bath Birregurra Tea House.
As there is a high demand for holiday homes at the moment. We have paused our on line travel agent listings such as Airbnb and Stayz for now. While we are considering all bookings we are giving priority to our frequent flyers, guests who have previously stayed & our subscribers .
Birregurra Tea House has the most availability right now. As a four month longer stay booking has just cancelled.

Anyone else is missing those warm days? Under “normal circumstances” we would be packing our bags now and be ready to go to Europe for a month to enjoy families and nice summer weather. But.... that is not happening this year. I’m really gonna miss time with my mom and our endless talks, but I’m really grateful I could explore these places around Torquay with her in December. She loves the ocean and the beaches. Everytime I’m at the beach I’m thinking about her, how she would love to be there with me. I was so lucky to meet my best friend the day I was born❤️ I’m sending a big hug to all those who can’t be with their loved ones because of Covid (or any other reason). I’m so grateful we have facetime!❤️😊
#warnambool#melbourne#greatoceanroadtrip

New Zealand is set to scrap social distancing from next week and move to level 1 after 11 days without a single new case of coronavirus. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said today: 'Our strategy of go hard, go early has paid off... and in some cases, beyond expectations.' New Zealand had just one active case of COVID-19 in the country on Tuesday, and has only recorded a total of 22 deaths and 1,154 cases since the pandemic began. The cabinet will decide on moving to level 1 on June 8, earlier than the planned date of June 22, she said. Check the link in our stories to read the whole article.
Throwback to when I was in Melbourne, Australia 🦘🐨 Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. Sometimes you have to make brave decisions in life, stepping outside your comfort zone is not easy, that’s why so many people have boring routine filled life’s and only dream of what other people are experiencing everyday. One decision 2 years ago has opened my eyes and gave me the opportunity to travel and see the world. Now all I want to do is travel. I already have my next 3 destinations planned 😁😁 Corona screwed things up a bit, but hopefully soon our life’s will go back to normal and we can travel and explore again!! Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire 🔥

Good morning all!😊🔆 Today is Australia’s first ‘Thank a First Responder Day’. We extend our thanks and appreciation to all frontline workers and first responders who have kept us safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Great Ocean Road really gets under your skin. It's one of those iconic Australian locations that you really, must-see.
This particular photo was taken in Anglesea, a popular town for holiday makers. This spectacular view is from the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club, down onto the Anglesea Main beach, at sunrise.
Anglesea is a great family friendly Great Ocean Road destination. It's just an hour and a half drive from Melbourne and centrally located to explore surrounding towns including Torquay and Lorne; and, all those in between.
Anglesea has great caravan parks, holiday homes to rent and hotels to stay in. There are great eateries and loads of outdoor activities, including walking and cycling tracks.
Are you looking for a great weekend destination, now that restrictions are being lifted?

Until a voice whispers “coffee” yep I’m up ... first up a new breakfast selection ... sue was my taste tester this morning! I got the tick ✔️ which is encouraging ... I’ve been trying out a few new breakfast recipes ... all will be revealed when we reopen ... don’t worry all the old favourites are still on the menu but Its always good to have something new ... .
Have you noticed that so many people are on Instagram at 2 am ... sad reflection of isolation perhaps not enough exercise during the day ... it doesn’t matter anyway ... it’s nice to chat to friends living in other time zones .

🌊 🚗THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD: ⠀
151 miles of beauty at every curve of the coastline. We decided to take the scenic, yet longer road. (which never disappoints). ⠀
The GOR started as a project to create work for serviceman returning from WWI. Known as “The finest ocean road in the world” it gives the scenic route of my home state, Pacific Coast Highway a run for its money. ⠀
Here are a few places to stop along the Great Ocean Road:⠀
1. The Twelve Apostles⠀
2. Loch Arch Gorge⠀
3. Gibson Steps⠀
4. The Arch⠀
5. Otway National Park ⠀
✨ Save this post for your visit to the Great Ocean Road! ⠀
