This is my spicy take on Shaken Beef - served with Watercress, Soy-Glazed King Trumpet Mushrooms, Asian Pear & Lime.
I added @thesamballady Hot Chili Sambal to pretty traditional ingredients - onion, garlic, dark brown sugar, soy sauce, bourbon, rice wine vinegar & fish sauce. To balance out the spicy beef and peppery watercress, the perfect bite comes by squeezing the lime over both, then scooping them up in a piece of the paper-thin pear, which adds a balancing crunchy sweetness. .
