What is about tots and their little mispronunciations that is so endearing? Sage has so many mispronunciations and so many code words for things. Some of my personal favorites are “I wanna wisten to a med chicken” (I want to listen to a meditation), “can I have lemonaire in my horsey cup” (can I have lemonade in my camelbak), “wets build a fart” (let’s build a fort). Every once in awhile I worry a bit about his speech, but his vocabulary is growing every single day. Most likely because his big sister is a BIG talker.
Haven’t done one of these for a while. Side by side of all my babies as babies 😍 it’s funny because I always see similarities between them, but they really do have very different looks (and personalities 😜)❤️ .
FUN fact: 1st photo is taken in Edmonton, 2nd at Countryfest,3rd in my front yard 😂 I wish Rhettley could be well travelled like the other two haha #growingupinquarantine
Another respone to our #KIddosCommunity .
Here is a supportive message from Ms. Lily: "Luckily most days during the quarantine have been nice so we are able to enjoy the weather and spend some time together. On those rainy days, my daughter Ava enjoyed splashing in puddles. The greatest gift is being able to watch my baby grow up to be a toddler. She achieved many milestones since we have been home together, which I might have missed if I was not home all day with her. Though there are ups and downs, I will cherish this time with her. I hope everyone is spending the time they usually are not able to with their children/loved ones. It may seem difficult right now, but you will look back on it and think 'I am glad we got to play that game or read that book with my kids.' Enjoy the free time now because you may not get that free moment again. I miss everyone and hope to see you on the other side of this soon. Stay safe, healthy, and positive." Keep bringing those positive messages in and don't forget to #KiddosCommunity ! #kiddos#kiddosland#kiddoscommunity#quarantinelife#quarantine#stayingpositive#familytime#daycarelife#teachersofinstagram#teacher#toddlerlife#growingupinquarantine
Missing the sunshine a bit this week, I’ve been so busy with work, we’ve hardly been out at all, oh apart from a small trip to A&E because I thought Bea had swallowed a fabric clip 😣 two X-rays later, she hasn’t 😅 #neveradullmoment
Im dying! This little peanut just started gigling today and I cant take the cuteness 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Shes getting so big already and it kills me that this virus is taking yhese moments away from thw rest of her family
Stay safe everyone ❤
Sam is really getting the hang of social distancing. Last time we were out on a walk, he would spot someone coming the other direction, call out "SIDE!" and then get completely off the trail and wait for them to pass. 😂 #growingupinquarantine
