Money is a nuisance to most of us:
- we compare ourselves to others
- we fret we don't have enough
- we argue that we should have more
- we strive to hold a 'more responsible' position to receive more
- we crave providing to others
- we invest more time for it and lose time from people we love (children, parents, family, friends, self)
It impacts our lives, conversations, futures
It is therefore important to ask yourself:
- what drives you ?
- what changes would you make to truly feel fulfilled in life ?
- what would it take to improve your every day lifestyle ?
what would that look like... - what excites you ?
- if you designed your life, what would it look like ?
how would it feel to live that way...
- if you had the means necessary, where would you make the biggest impact ? (family, health, income) "It is not about what you want, rather what you are willing to endure to get it" - gabrielle deane

*Let me show you the source of my income just using my smartphone I have alot of money to enable me pay my fees alone without any help after I discovered this business 🤓. And the truth is I'm only a year two student already earning big 😂 the business is 💯% legit and superb 😍🥰.* *Click on this link to know how it works*
Learning something new is so much pain as you enter adulthood. It feels as if you've been already shaped from soft to firm and all of a sudden you have to break the structure and start reshaping again.
You start having doubts, asking yourself what if you worked harder on the skills you need today at an earlier age? What if you pursued that degree? What if, what if... Those questions are in my head, and in everyone's head no matter how they pretend it to be.
I've been completely reshaping myself in recent years and I have to admit it's a painful process. I have rediscovered my hobby in music and have been regretting not learning it before. I have been advancing in my profession and pivoting from IT to web engineering and business, thinking I should have done and practiced more in both. And while celebrating my years of advancement, I have been real and honest with myself - I still know nothing and I have a lot to learn. That feeling totally sucks!
But please don't let adulthood worries hinder your development. Just go back to that curious child you were, it's always there. This is our journey, our history to write at our own pace. We should enjoy every single page and chapter of it. Admire the process and where it takes you, even if you are starting from zero.
How comfortable are you with being uncomfortable?
There are four zones related to our level of comfort and grow potential;
The Comfort Zone • Where we know there is no risk and we feel safe and content because we’re in control
➡️ There is little to no chance for growth
The Fear Zone • We feel like an imposter, not confident in ourselves that we have the knowledge or ability to take on the challenge
➡️ Growth is minimal and inconsistent
The Learning Zone • We accept the challenge ahead of us and take the needed steps to succeed
➡️ Mindset changes, embraces faults, and growth begins
The Growth Zone • We achieve clarity in our purpose and successfully align ourselves to achieve what makes us feel good every damn day
➡️ Consistent growth mindset and confidence leads to ⚡️
You can find yourself in different zones at the same time in business because we are all great at some things and not so great in others - and that’s ok. I was the same. We need to accept we should always be in a constant state of learning and appreciate we have to start somewhere if we are to grow.
I’ve had the pleasure of listening to and seeing many people around me (from clients to friends and colleagues) make the self-conscious decision to challenge themselves in an area they feel is limiting them from their next step. It’s an up and down process, but the rewards you feel are next level. @momentum.hk was my largest growth challenge to date - and it was definitely worth it.
Where do you feel you’re at?
What is one risk, no matter the size, that you’re ready to take right now?
You need to invest in yourself before you can fully invest in others. Share below or DM me if you want to share your experience and let’s see if we can get you there this year.

Are you a, b or c? A) you live your Ikigai every day b) these days you’re not sure where you’ve put your Ikigai or c) you have no idea what that even is?
This week for my Lifestyle coaching section on tv in #LaTardeConCeleste I prepared a small exploration of this inspiring Japanese way of life.
Ken Mogi, scientist and author introduces it in his book, Ikigai, as a concept resting on five pillars:
1. Starting small
2. Releasing your self
3. Seeking harmony and sustainability
4. Seeking the joy of little things
5. And living in the here and now
Apart from being an easy read that gives a delicious introduction to Japanese culture and entrepreneurship, I was surprised how relatable these pillars make the concept of Ikigai seem, through the lens of western personality development theory.
I often feel these days that we’re constantly playing catch up in a world rushed beyond measure. Success is expected straight away and lives are weighed in comparison with the false instagram lives of others. Ikigai is taking a step back from that. It is breathing through the here and now, marveling in gratitude at the beauty of the moment - and most importantly, being present with the tiny steps that together shape the magnitude of the human journey.
It's nice to know that after almost 10 years of writing, I am not at all the same writer I was when I started.
I'd be surprised if anyone was.
It's inevitable that you change. Your writing style will change, your maturity will change, your understanding of writing will change, and probably what you ennjoy writing about will change.
When I first started all those years ago my writing was cringeworthy! There was no set up, all my characters were the same, my descriptions were far too long, and my language was immature. Thankfully, that's no longer the case. I know I can still be a better writer - we all can - but it means so much to see my progress. To look back over it and realise how much I've grown.
The Örjanskolan Waldorf school has been so kind to provide us with accommodation space for all of you.
You will be sleeping in some of the classrooms and in the gym.
But of course we won't let the gym look just like a gym...
No, the accommodation team is trying to find ways to make the space honie and cosy so you can feel at ease and sleep like a rose.
REMINDER ⚠ please bring your own mattress and sleeping bag otherwise you might not sleep well at all!
The school is less than 5 minutes walking from the Kulturhuset and there is a lot of outdoor space in between where you can relax, meditate, play football etc.
What a feeling, what a joy, what a peace feeling the strengths of a horse letting you fly without wings. I have such a great respect of horses, their power, their muscles and their own personalities but also find so much peace, mindfulness and joy in being surrounded by this beautiful animals. They have a therapeutic effect on me and make me smile, live in the present moment and let me forget about everything else. On the same hand, their temper scares me and challenges me lots. With a horse I leave my comfort zone without wanting it. That's good though, that is how we all grow. It is good to get challenged and sometimes to get forced to leave your comfort zone to discover that you are stronger than you think and to watch your self developing. It is great to be able this experiences and growth with someone special like you @artdiegosanchez.r Wow, thank you!
Morning affirmations set the tone for your day ☕️ You can make your morning coffee, tea or shower ritual even better by incorporating a few short affirmations like: 🙏I am grateful for another beautiful day. ✨I hope that everyone’s day is full of light, hope and positivity. 🙌🏼 I’ll have a wonderful day full with new opportunities.
I always start mine with expressing gratitude, showing some love to the whole world and then thinking about what I want my day to look like 🙏
I’m curious to hear about your favorite morning rituals that help you feel more empowered, beautiful and positive 😌
This is a very old thought shared many times by many people and may now have become somewhat of a cliché however the novelty of it still mesmerizes me.
They say that in order to become a butterfly, the caterpillar has to fall apart completely and like literally die. It’s after this process that it puts itself together from the scratch to be the beauty it is.
A new habit, a new relationship or a new way of thinking or doing things cannot be formed until the very foundations of the old ones be it beliefs, habits or fears are let go. It’s difficult - humans being a creature of habit love to cling to the familiar. But what is familiar doesn’t have to be good.
Once we decide to let go of the familiar and allow comfort to die and disintegrate- only then can we turn into the best version of ourselves.
Do you have a butterfly moment in your life?

Aren't you ready to live an aligned life? 💁🏻♀️
Doing the inner work isn't about changing yourself, babe. Doing the inner work is about being MORE yourself than you ever have been before. It's about bringing awareness to your most aligned + authentic Self, recognizing her worth, and owning that shit.
I often get asked, "How do I know if I'm not in alignment?"
It's a great question, but the truth is... alignment is a DYNAMIC state. It is always fluctuating, which is why it is BEYOND important to know who you are at your core, what you need, and continually check in with yourself.
To help you understand ways you may be living out of alignment, let me tell you a few ways that *I* have lived out of alignment. (If you read it + think "OMG, SAME!" then, there's your answer.)
🚫 Over-extended myself in one-sided relationships (where effort isn't reciprocated), people-pleased until my energy tank was on ZERO.
🚫 Stayed in a career that made me miserable (I had resorted to bathroom cry sessions every other day).
🚫 Accepted less-than-I-deserve treatment from men because "If he doesn't like me, surely no man ever will."
🚫 Said "Yes!" to things when deep inside I cringed + wanted to say "no."
🚫 Spent MANY months (+ hella money) committed to an activity I was no longer fulfilled by because I thought quitting would make me "irrelevant" (AKA attached my identity to past accomplishments)
✨ Aligning my energy to my Highest self, understanding my core values + desires, stepping into my worth changed ALL of that. ✨
If those misalignments resonated, babe, it’s time to get back into alignment! You have 10 HOURS left to join Align + Alchemize at a discounted price. DM me to secure your spot! #alignwithleta #lifeinalignment

Breathtaking Story! What's your opinion on this story?
Youre not stuck. Youre just committed to certain patterns of behavior because they helped you in the past. Now these behaviors have become more harmful than helpful. The reason why you cant move forward is because you keep applying an old formula to a new stage in your life. The formula to getting a different result? Changing. Adapting. Stepping outside your comfort zone. Doing what scares you. Putting your focus on what fuels your soul. Failing. Learning. And doing it again.
