▫️complete 15 reps of each exercise back-to-back
▫️complete as many rounds as possible before time is up!

🔸 Slam balls | explosive tempo
🔸 Press ups | 2-0-1-0 tempo

These pictures were taken three months apart. My weight difference between the two pictures is ZERO! That’s right - I weigh exactly the same in both photographs! The only difference between the two is a shitload of hard work in the gym.
Once I got it into my brain that weight is just a number that doesn’t define me, it was like being set free. #ditchthescale

Pure natty. Bam, sons! Just intake just under 200g of protein (for men, and don't obsess about absolute perfection in the macros, for God's sake, regardless of what all the YouTube channels are telling you, so they can sell their fuckin products and make money off of you. Macro perfection doesn't even matter much.) and go to the goddamn gym at least 4 times a week, and track your calories, to make sure you're not overeating or undereating. Eat more nutrient rich foods than junk foods, but do make sure you do occasionally enjoy junk food from time to time every other day or two, so you don't go insane. That's it! What are you waiting for?

My last roast dinner for a while :( I’m going back to uni tomorrow and we ALL know that students just can’t afford this amount of veg and be able to eat it all before it goes off so I thought I’d put 9 portions of fruit and veg in 1 meal😋 I’m excited to go back to uni but I wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t also SUPER STRESSED- we love mental health🙃🙃🙃
