Perfect example of how a lean building phase should be done. Weight is up, calories were significantly up. Strength was up and kept body fat as low as possible. By enhancing Josh’s metabolism it will be much easier for when he leans down next and a lot easier to maintain size if done correctly 😇🙌🏽

dal punto di vista di Hexagon System senza dubbio il core stability gioca un ruolo fondamentale nella funzionalità e nella performance di qualsiasi soggetto.
Un core forte, resistente e stabile non è solamente la base per ogni disciplina sportiva, ma anche (e soprattutto ) per un mantenimento posturale nella nostra quotidianità.
Un esercizio che dovrebbe stare nella programmazione di qualsiasi soggetto è il Plank, eseguito secondo canoni tecnici imprescindibili.
Esso non è semplice come appare, non è esclusivamente una resistenza alla gravità ma un inclusione di ogni fibra corporea per il mantenimento della posizione finale.
Tensione addominale, retroversione del bacino, compattezza tra upper e lower body , controllo del respiro... tutti elementi che rendono questo esercizio tanto apparentemente semplice quanto complesso.

oh No, I just love guarding a base or nuclear Weapons in all kinds of weather rain or shine. With heavy gear arm with a rifle and a pistol. Working somewhere between 8 to 12+ hours minimum a day 5-7 days a week. Where I can get called in on my days off. Raise my right hand and sign a paper giving up some of my right, to be deployed overseas in potential combat zones, and fighting to keep order when others can not or will not for less than minimum-wage all just for fun.
