👌🏽 After years of on/off training at the gym, I’ve been hitting the weights consistently for the past two months and this is by far the best shape I’ve been in.
Lately I’ve taken a keen interest in Calisthenics and Ninja Warrior Training - it’s amazing what you can accomplish when you master your own body weight. I’m not quite there yet, in fact I’m just starting out, and that’s what’s got me so damn excited - there’s so much learning and progress to come!

This was set 6 of 3sec eccentric pause squat triples at 105kg/231lbs after hitting a paused heavy single of 135kg/297lbs AND after all the tempo accessory work before hand 😥
Weights aren't that high due to doing accessory work before my main lift so it makes me check my ego BUT that being said they're still gradually increasing so I'll take that 💪😁
The 3rd rep felt like shit doing it, it's why you see my head shake straight after. It felt slow and felt like my hips shot up higher than they actually did...so maybe I need to just chill the F out and be glad that weights are moving how they are 👌

In the past I have always done more for others in the hope that they will do the same for me. What actually happens is that most people won’t do the same for you in your time of need. Learn to only pour into the people that pour into you ❤️💫

It's been over 10 years since I started doing gym, I have achieved many goals, to lose over 45 kg to motivate and inspire many people all over the world, to write over a dozen sports articles, I have created training plans that are I helped many people in their training and my guides to progress and improve through my site and numerous pages of fitness and sites around the world, I did everything I could and even if life never gave me everything I deserved today I open my first gym, in order to leave a mark, with the sole aim of helping to improve many people, motivating them and trying to inspire them as I have always done, I simply do not want to exist without any purpose, I want my life and my memory can live along the time, and if I managed to achieve all this it was not only thanks to my hard work but also thanks to my father who supported me and allowed that I accomplished all this by helping myself in everything, unlike many others who have never supported me or helped me in anything and above all who did not believe in me and could realize and do everything that I have done in my life until today, so the graces do not they will never be enough but in this whole part of me that will continue I hope to live in time and not be forgotten there will also be a part of him that will live with me and together with all those who will have the memory of always keeping my inheritance alive. so what to say that if you want to be trained by me, and you have a goal and you are willing to work hard and with persuasion this is the war room for you I will give you all my experience and support but it will be up to you to work hard for get your results if you believe it with all of yourself.
