It can be defeating to see such perfection in insta fairyland. In this photo I was so upset like: .
Wow how gross, I look like that, I shouldn’t work out so hard...all the insecurities...but I took a step back and reminded myself that everyone is different, there are a lot of filters out there sprinkled with perfection dust. .
The truth is: not many post the ugly and raw photos because it doesn’t portray societies norm of perfection. This is defeating. .
I hope you look at this and remember it’s ok to not be perfect you’re killing your goals and bettering yourself each day and that is much more beautiful than perfection. .
Side note: what type of accounts do you like following? Be the type of account you like and follow. —I like unedited photos. I like accounts that break the norm and show the ugly truth so why wouldn’t I post my own. 😜

To all men who think its okay to stare and make comments at or about women while they’re working out...
The other day I walked into the gym wearing this same outfit and I think for the first time in a very long time, I was intimidated by all the male energy in the room
I was way more aware of my surroundings and kept catching stares and uncomfortable comments that simply didn’t sit right with me. As a result, I was even telling @kgfittie that I was trying to stay in the back corner of the gym to avoid even being seen by the mass surrounding the dumbbell and bench area
After my half assed workout because I was SO busy focusing on what other people were doing, I got on the treadmill PISSED.
Im 100% aware that my shape sometimes attracts unsolicited attention, specifically from men, but Ive put in hours on hours of hard work to build and maintain the body I have. What others choose to do with their time in the gym should not and will not affect how or where I am able to workout. I go to the gym to put in work and leave. Im respectful of others personal space and try my absolute best to not detract from anyone else’s workout around me
Feeling intimidated and objectified is under NO circumstance admissible and is actually upsetting, not to mention DEMORALIZING, to the women who are ACTUALLY making an attempt to work on their health and go about finishing their workouts
If you’ve never learned what it means to keep your eyes on your own page, then at least know its almost 2020 and its definitely time to start 📝

Olhando pra essa foto antes de postar, pensei: O quanto esse 1 ano de formada me ensinou! .
Esses 365 dias como nutricionista me fez perceber que cada vez mais estou no caminho certo.
Sem dúvidas, foi a melhor escolha que fiz. Sei que estou longe da perfeição, irei errar muito ainda mas espero que Deus sempre me dê humildade e discernimento para aprender com os meus erros. Quero está em constante evolução para vocês, ainda tenho muito o que aprender, mas sei que o pouco que faço hoje transforma a vida dos meus pacientes.
Sou grata demais por tudo e fico muito feliz quando vejo aquele sorriso estampado no rosto das pessoas por poderem alcançar seus objetivos.
