I love the feeling of being able to tackle all the things in the gym now and not be scared because i feel so confident with myself in wanting to grow my muscle and become stronger. Being able to feel strong physically and mentally is good for the soul... am i right?

Tri-set 4x8-10 (Remember you can ALWAYS opt out of any exercises you are not comfortable with or simply just don’t like, but I find these work for me!)
• side leg press
• sumo squat with dumbbell
Cable machine tri-set:
• abductions with resistance band
• curtsy lunges
• side lunges
I honestly don’t work on my abs as much as I want to bc I focus more on my legs/glutes but I decided to give it a try. I tried the Russian twist, planks, and IN/OUTS. I really recommend squeezing ur core and doing slow reps! Fast reps don’t mean fast results so take your time! Sorry it took so long but classes started yesterday and I already have sm work due but atleast I’m getting shit done ☺️ I refuse to fall behind and I WILL GRADUATE IN FOUR YEARS IF NOT LESS😈 also I’ve been eating pretty healthy since the cafe at seton hall offers a variety of options:) i just hope I don’t burnout from the lack of sleep I’m getting but I ALWAYS make time for the gym😌it’s like my stress free zone so fall in love with making URSELF better before anything else!!!!! Do each exercises/leg for 40 seconds, then follow with a 20 second break. Keep going until all 5 exercises are completed! Rest 1-2 minutes, then go again! 😊

Woah it has been a long time since I posted a Tricep workout! I freaking love working out triceps, even more than my biceps 🤨 who am I even?
Anyways this Tricep workout is amazing for both toning and strength. The exercises in the first two-three videos I use for high rep toning exercises and the last two cable exercises I try to do high weight and focus on strength! So give this one a go and let’s build some guns together ♥️
1️⃣4 X 15 Tricep dips
2️⃣4 X 20 tricep kickbacks (Ive been told my form isn’t great and looking back at it, it isn’t! Please keep your arm locked above the elbow and kickback just the forearm. Everyone has room for improvements, even myself ♥️)
3️⃣4 X 20 skull crushers
