After this summer I got the feeling that I have to ‘get my back life together’ I’ve been eating whatever I want, I haven’t trained properly, my car and room were always a mess, just those little things. It’s okay to let loose sometimes, but I don’t feel good about it. I’m just so much happier when everything is clean, when I train everyday, when I eat clean and when I study well. I’m gonna enjoy my last days on my trip and when I’m back I will get back on track with everything. Do you also have these periods in your life and how do you handle them??
Tired eyes 😴. Cannot believe it was one year ago I started THE cut with @mococoaching and I have learnt so much ✂️ Often get asked if I’m on a ‘diet’ or if I ‘can’t eat that’ .... I do not restrict myself or class myself as on a ‘diet’. I just make smarter choices and track my macros so I know what’s going in my body (my body is a temple 🧘♀️) and I eat foods that I enjoy. I eat something chocolatey every day 🍫 because I cannot live with out it 🤷🏼♀️
If you want something to happen, if you have a goal, then NOTHING can stop you from achieving it apart from your mind. If there’s something you really want, go and get it without question, you’ll never know if you never try or you never ask. Sometimes the answer is no, but at least with that you know you did everything in your power to create something amazing. And if the answer is yes, you can look back and say “I did that” “I made that happen” because you weren’t scared to want it and to get it. Life is way too short to wait for luck.
Tian Tao (85) POWER clean and jerking 205kg. That's over 90% of the world record held by Kianoush Rostami at 220. With Rostami allegedly moving up, it will be interesting to see where Tao and the other 85s move with the changes in weightclasses. @tiantao85kg

BACK To It...
I’ve not been able to train my upper body for nearing on 2 months now as I’ve been suffering with an impinged shoulder. Sooo today I hopped back on the wagon (bench) and eased myself back in to the good old stuff!
Whilst I’ve been doing (a little) rehabilitation work, today was the first time I actually tried using weights again. Starting off light but I am determined to get back to where I was and then improve even more 🙌🏼
