For over 10 years every year I would give my annual Christmas in the Community bowling Christmas party for inner city children while I was in CT and now that I’m in the DMV I gotcha plan to keep the holiday cheer going. I saw first hand the effects of kids being deprived, neglected, even abused when I worked in the juvenile incarceration system over 15 years ago before I retired. I myself know first hand what that’s like growing up in public housing with 10 siblings and limited resources. Put a smile on a child this holiday season. You ask how... just do something! #Christmas#holiday#toys#gifts#smiles#children#hartford#ashburn#donation#love#family#giving#kids#bowling#bandmaster
I currently use Clinicare medical grade products in my Dermaplaning and LED Light Therapy Facials. In 2020 I'll be introducing more products & offering Clinicare medical grade facials 🙌🏼 @4t_medical_ltd .
I would have to encourage being a tourist in your hometown. How often do you re-visit and spend an extra minute in the places you often roll by? •
New street in Plymouth, on the barbican is actually one of the oldest with buildings dating back to the 1500’s. And it looks pretty rad and cool in the rain on a dark day. Most of the really old buildings were pulled down in the 50’s after the war. Get out and about, it’s all on your doorstep.
It's #WHALERSWEDNESDAY and we got the wild Shane Churla throwing fists and defending his green colors in his first season in Hartford. The enforcer was drafted by the Whalers as 110th overall pick in 1985. Churla collected 2301 PIM in 488 seasonal games during his 11 years bad ass NHL career and recorded his all-time high with 26 fights in the 93-94 season. Dude was a complete beast when he threw his gloves. As you can see, both him and Kevin MacGuire of the Maple Leafs got some mad intensity in their arms this night. Oh my God what a fight! Hero.
