#burgers work great as comfort food. However, too much can end up causing you form. After all, they’re rich in unhealthy fats, calories, carbs, and a lot of sodium.
On average, a burger contains around 25 grams fat, 500 calories, 40 grams carbs, 1,000 milligrams sodium, and 10 grams sugar. However, the biggest culprit in weight gain comes in the form of saturated fats.
In case you’re wondering, they’re the ones responsible for obesity and type 2 diabetes. Over time, it can result in fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes. Therefore, if you want to stay healthy, you might want to ditch those yummy burgers and limit your intake of sodium, trans fat, and cholesterol.
Birthday cake cookie dough cups!
So I based this recipe off of another recipe (chocolate cookie dough cups) which someone posted on this platform but unfortunately I lost the name of that person so if you know whose recipe it is, PLEASE let me know so I can give them the credit!
(for the chocolate)
🔸️1 1/4 cups white chocolate
🔸️1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
🔸️ 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles! 🎉
(for the cookie dough)
🔸️1/2 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter - I used PB)
🔸️1/4 cup maple syrup
🔸️1/2 tsp salt
🔸️2-3 tbsp coconut flour (I used almond flour and found that I needed an extra 2 tbsp for a cookie dough consistency)
🔸️2 tbsp more rainbow sprinkles! 😀🎉
1. Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth. Line a cupcake pan and spoon a small bit of the chocolate into each cup, leaving about half of the mixture. Then put it in the freezer while you make the dough!
2. In another bowl, mix together the PB, maple syrup, salt and almond flour. Fold in the sprinkles and then split evenly into the cupcake pan (makes 8-9 cups)
3. Spoon the rest of the chocolate on top -> add more sprinkles -> freeze for 30 minutes and DONE 🎉

Buddha Bowls are literally one of my favourites during summer time (or actually all year round🥗). Throw in whatever vegetables you have left in the fridge, some canned goodies and a big ass dollop of hummus. And here you go. Takes about 10-15 minutes to prepare, so no excuses there either 😉.
- Bake mushrooms in a dry pan until moisture is dissolved, add oil and the Vegan Gyros +/- 8 minutes
- Boil the sweet potato and broccoli until cooked. Pro tip: add a vegetable stock cube to the water for extra flavour.
- slice up all your veggies of preference (I added cucumber, radishes, tomato, spring onions, sun-dried tomatoes and avocado)
- Put everything in a bowl with a big dollop of Hummus (I used the grilled veggies one) and add some corn and kidneybeans

It is totally possible and remember there are so many options today to help! Birth rates for women in their 30s are at the highest levels in 4 decades!
Will your body recover well with a pregnancy in your 30s? Yes it can!having the right diet and fitness can help as well.
Should your freeze your eggs?! Absolutely! Fertility does decline with age! So if egg freezing is an option,DO IT! You can alwAys first try to get pregnant without fertility treatments, but it is good to have the option to use eggs if all else fails!
So many of us spend so much time stressing about age and fertility! In fact, many women rush into relationships because they are worried about their biological clock. While a valid concern, a healthy pregnancy past 35 is possible and there are so many fertility options if needed!

Thanks so much to everyone that replied to my story yesterday about me providing nutritional information in the captions. I really appreciate it and it seems that it is proving beneficial to lots of people so I will continue to do so. That being said I am not doing it today because I have really painful hands from being on my phone too much 🙄🤦🏼♀️ Not eating seasonal fruit today because I fancied some other fruit ~ so banana, pink grapefruit, cows milk and a mash up of @paleofoodsco and @oatpantry granola it is because I’m the most annoyingly indecisive person in the world (One of my worst traits - don’t worry I am decisive when it comes to nursing in the hospital you’ll be pleased to know 🤪) so I have to have both granolas. Plus you’re more likely to get a variety of nutrients if you mix and mash all the time 🥳
My yoga studio @downunderyoga is reopening this Friday. I’m nervous! I’m excited! I think it’s too soon! I feel like it’s been way too long! I’m juggling all the many mixed emotions around this. It’s not simple. But I am choosing to flow. I am choosing to trust. This has been my recent practice, and whether you choose to join me in-person or online, I will share this practice with you!
