I went on a walk today. I haven’t done that in so long and I missed it. I have been so busy lately. I am tired when I go home and I don’t feel like going out again for a walk.
I really like being outdoors, relaxing, and listening to my favorite podcasts. What motivates me the most are podcasts because I cannot listen to them in my car anymore ☹️. I love catching up with new episodes.
I know that we tend to be so busy that we forget or we put on hold things we enjoy doing. We prioritize other things and there’s no time to do what we love.
So this is a reminder to make time for things you enjoy doing. If you can only spend 5 minutes doing it, that’s fine. That will help you relax and enjoy your day without feeling like you are running like a crazy person all day long.
Je suis allée me promener aujourd'hui. Ça fait un moment que je ne l’ai pas fait et ça m’a manqué. J'ai été tellement occupé ces derniers temps. Je suis fatigué quand je rentre chez moi et je n’ai plus envie de sortir pour me promener.
J'aime vraiment être à l'extérieur, me détendre et écouter mes podcasts préférés. Ce qui me motive le plus, ce sont les podcasts car je ne peux plus les écouter dans ma voiture ☹️. J'adore écouter les nouveaux épisodes sur ma playlist.
Je sais que nous avons tendance à être tellement occupés que nous oublions ou mettons de côté les choses que nous aimons faire. Nous accordons la priorité à d’autres choses et nous n’avons pas le temps de faire ce que nous aimons.
C'est donc un rappel pour prendre du temps pour les choses que tu aimes faire. Si tu ne peux passer que 5 minutes à le faire, c'est très bien. Cela t’aidera à te détendre et à profiter de ta journée sans avoir l'impression de courir comme un fou toute la journée.

1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used @f_factor vanilla 20/20 powder)
2-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
2 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
