Su nombre es Grisel Robles del Valle. Recientemente cumplió sus 25 años.
🌿A los 11 años su mamá le enseñó a cocinar y desde ese momento cada vez que cocinaba lo hacía hablando como si fuera @giovannahuyke en su programa de cocina. Para Grisel cocinar es mas que un pasatiempo, es compartir y demostrar todo el amor a través de los alimentos.
🌿En el año 2017 se graduó de Bachillerato en Ciencias Naturales en la UPR Cayey. Dos años mas tarde se graduó de Maestría en Salud Pública con una concentración en Salud Ambiental en el Recinto de Ciencias Médicas. Fue ahí donde comenzo su pasión por mejorar la salud y calidad de vida un plato a la vez. 🌿Para Diciembre 2018 Gri (como le decimos de cariño) comenzó su más importante proyecto... @healthy_vibes_pr. Para esta misma fecha había sometido un ensayo para competir por una beca estudiantil , la cúal ganó luego de haber escrito un ensayo sobre como el VEGANISMO ayuda al Ambiente, Salud y Economía de Puerto Rico. @borivegan

I so love going to see my beautician! And I love all the comments I get from people. My girl always does such a fabulous job with my hair! This curly headed frizz looks so much better after her color and style! I'm glad I found someone I trust. Did you know I went 15 years without getting my hair cut (I mean - unless you count me grabbing the scissors and chopping away) ! yep. I had tried and tried to find someone who could work on my hair and I just hated it every time so I gave up after awhile. BUT finally- I ventured out and trusted again. I'm so glad I did. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don’t need to add much to this... all I can say is that a combination of a healthy diet with regular exercise can, and will keep you from sickness and disease. Obviously there are exceptions, but overall this is absolutely true 💯. There are no magic pills 💊 or quick fixes. Healthy food and exercise is the best preventive maintenance you can do to avoid sickness and disease, doctors and hospital visits, and prescription drugs. I realize it’s not easy, and I was the same way for a very long time, but this program and community woke me up and I developed new habits and knowledge of how to eat healthy and take care of myself and created a new healthy lifestyle where I’m healthier and in better shape at 39 years old than I was at 29, or even 19. So whenever I bring a new friend home, I clean off the leaves. This allows the leaves to photosynthesize, which if you filed high school science away, is how the plant feeds itself!

You ever find yourself wondering where real true joy comes from? I believe it is different for everyone. What drives you and gives you purpose in life? What makes you feel that true inner peace our souls long for each day? Is it your kids, being a mom, or is it simply the feeling of being needed or valued? For me, this all brings me joy on an external level but not really on a deep inner level. I’ve searched this question for a long time and I believe it’s finding that space in my mind and in my heart that allows me the freedom to feel joy, to feel love, and to just be happy for no reason at all. It is hard to find this space at times, especially when life gets us down but when I sit quietly in surroundings that inspire me whether it is on my back porch feeling the cool crisp air, intentionally driving the back roads to admire the ease of a cows life with the Georgia Mountains in the backdrop, sometimes it’s just sitting on my couch with my boys by my side and other times its journaling in silence with the warmth of my fireplace near by. Finding time for ourselves these days is not easy and when we do get time our minds are filled with an agenda. The freedom of 5-10 minutes a day is so fulfilling and revitalizing. It brings awareness to who we are, our purpose and who we want to be.
In all honesty, I want to be a happy mom that can find peace even when times at home get tough or when life doesn’t seem fair. Of course I want to be the joyful mom and wife that can laugh and smile at the little things. I want to be content with the person I am because of me not because of what the world tells me I should be. I want to be confident in my body as it changes with age. When joy is present in my life, the energy of my joy is present in everyone else’s life around me. Taking time for YOU is so crucial. Be kind to yourself and give yourself that 5-10 minutes per day where you can go soul searching. Find a spot that inspires you even if it is on your favorite chair and meditate on being your truest, kindest loving self.

➖One salad doesn't make you healthy
➖One "treat" meal doesn't make you unhealthy
➖One day without getting into Gods word might not wreck your world
➖One day in God's word doesn't take away all the pain you've ever felt
➖One day with a bad attitude doesn't make Jesus love you any less
➖One day with your eyes focused on God doesn't mean you won't fail
✖Many days of eating healthy will lead to overall health, happiness, + the ability to move your body
✖Many days of eating unhealthy will lead to weight gain, emotional eating, + insecurities
✖Many days in God's word will draw you closer to Him, start to change your heart, + bring a softness and kindness to your loved ones / people in this world
✖Many days without God's word / praying will bring you into a slump. The enemy will try to rule your heart and you'll become bitter, resentful + maybe even angry to the ones you love the most.
✖Many days with a bad attitude still won't make Jesus love you any less, but, it will cloud your midset. It'll cause selfishness + biterness to harbor. You will lose the joy God intends for you to have.
✖Many days with your eyes focused on Jesus will create in you a new outlook. It might cause your loved ones to notice, and in turn soften their hearts. Many days with your eyes focused on Jesus will cultivate peace + joy.
See the pattern here? Doing something ONE time won't break you. But, doing something MANY times will either cultivate joy + discipline or it will bring chaos + destruction.
Only YOU can choose that path. I choose to live my days with the "many" outlook.

🍽 What do YOU think is the most important meal of the day?
The one true answer is: the #postworkout meal also known as recovery meal! Eating a mix of #protein and carbs after a workout will help you refuel your body, arm up your energy levels and promote #muscle growth and recovery.
If you want to build a lean #physique , you have to eat BETTER, not less.
Skipping your post workout meal/snack because you don’t want to 'undo the calories you just burned is not only wrong from a mindset perspective, but will also not help you achieve your fitness goals.

La risposta più corretta è il pasto post allenamento noto anche come pasto di recupero. Mangiare un mix di proteine e carboidrati dopo un allenamento ti aiuterà a rifornire il tuo corpo, a fare ricarica di energia e a promuovere la crescita e il recupero dei muscoli.
Se vuoi costruire un fisico asciutto, devi mangiare MEGLIO, non necessariamente di meno.
Saltare il pasto / spuntino post workout, perché non vuoi "annullare” lo sforzo fatto nel bruciare calorie 🙄 non è solo sbagliato come mentalità, ma non ti aiuterà a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi.
