Com isso, o lugar se diferencia pela originalidade e por utilizar ingredientes diferenciados como opções para montar os bowls (ex. Arroz negro, quinoa, arroz de couve-flor, raiz de lótus, ovas, atum selado com gergelim etc.)
No cardápio existe 7 opções dos Signature Bowl (opções de bowls prontos). Mas também existe a opção de Creations, no qual você pode se sentir livre para juntar os ingredientes que mais gosta.
Funciona assim, escolher entre as opções que estão no cardápio: 1 base; 1 ou 2 proteínas; 1 molho; 3 Make It; 2 Top It; 1 Crunch It; 1 Finish It.
Caso queira colocar alguma opção a mais, é cobrado uma taxa extra para cada.

🔴Primeiro devemos ressaltar que o ambiente é lindo: uma pequena portinha, com decoração em tons pastéis e plantas/flores. Muito intimista e charmoso.
O nosso Poke estava delicioso! Todos os ingredientes frescos e em quantidades fartas, cada “garfada” foi um sonho.
O sabor diferenciado do suco combinou perfeitamente com o clima tropical que o ambiente propunha (e o calor que estava no dia: super refrescante), além de estar bom demais!

Après le Liban 🇱🇧, la Turquie 🇹🇷, petit voyage culinaire en Tunisie 🇹🇳 ! Alors derrière un nom compliqué, le SHAKSHUKA, se cache un plat facile à préparer et délicieux ! On peut varier les ingrédients pour varier les plaisirs. Il se déguste le matin, en mode brunch, à midi ou encore le soir. Bref, flexible à donf ! Ici les pois chiches seront les stars du plat 😏! La recette pour 4 personnes :
1) couper 2 paprikas rouges pointus en fines lamelles; émincer 2 échalotes et deux gousses d’ail ; faire revenir les paprikas et l’échalote 5 minutes dans 2 càs d’huile d’olive et ajouter ensuite l’ail
2) ajouter 2 boites de cubes de 🍅 (800g) et 4 càs d’eau; épicer avec du paprika, curcuma et cumin en poudre
3) ajouter 2 bocaux de pois chiche (260g) et laisser mijoter 15 minutes à feu doux; préchauffer le four à 180 degrés
4) ajouter 150g de feta (garder 50g) à la préparation
5) verser la sauce dans un plat allant au four; casser 4 à 6 œufs au dessus de la sauce; enfourner 10 minutes
6) enlever le plat du four et décorer du reste de feta et de persil frais
C’est prêt ! Ce plat se mange avec du pain ou une salade 🥗. Vous pouvez ajouter des légumes de saison: poivrons, épinards, champignons...soyez créatifs !
C’est un plat très intéressant au niveau nutritionnel. Alors on fonce!

I decided to make pumpkin bread on the weekend to decide if I liked pumpkin or not... I'm not a fan of the PSL and would rather pecan pie over pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving, but man, WAS I WRONG!
I am in love with this pumpkin bread & currently searching for every pumpkin recipe that I can find. There are too many to post but my story will be overloaded with everything pumpkin for the foreseeable future. Pancakes, oats, mug cakes, cookies, you get the idea
Mix dry & wet ingredients separately first before combining. Pour batter into lightly greased tins and bake at 350F for 35min

i think i can count on one hand the amount of times i’ve worn shorts to the gym, solely because i was insecure about how my legs looks when i was walking, jumping, or lifting.
but you know what, my legs are strong and do a lotttttt of things for me with every few complaints, so i’m going to wear the damn shorts and show them off!!
if you have cellulite, scars, stretch marks, all or none of the above, you can and SHOULD still wear the shorts if you want to! whatever society says about how women should cover up their imperfections is SOME BS. we all know that!!
so this is me wearing the damn shorts and loving it!! the @balanceathletica breeze shorts are also leg day approved so i 11/10 recommend 😍 even though is was 50 and raining it was well worth it because i felt good af in the gym today for the first time in a minute 🤟🏻

Das Leben ist eine wahre Achterbahnfahrt, es gibt wahnsinnig inspirierende und motivierende Tage, genauso Tage, die einen sehr fordern und auf die Probe stellen. Die letzte Woche meiner Famulatur ist angebrochen, ich habe bisher unfassbar viel gelernt, bin an mein Limit gekommen und kann vieles daraus ziehen. Andere Bereiche hingegen sind in den letzten Wochen etwas auf der Strecke geblieben und ich musste mir mal wieder eingestehen, dass ich mir oft zu viel an das Bein binde.
