This little place is located in what was once an old public toilet 😂 It’s funny to think that it was one, as when you do go inside it is very cosy! (Even though they still have parts of the urinals adding to the decor!)
They serve breakfast and light lunches with a range of different hot and cold drinks
- This was sooo gooodd 👅sometimes some places can put tooo much spice in the drink but this was perfect! It had the right amount of spice to milkiness
- I enjoyed parts of this bowl more than others! The sweet potato and chicken were really good but I wasn’t a big fan of the orange and tahini sauce on top!
✅ 7.5/10 ; I did really want to try their banana toast but was too full by the end 😭

🍀Với tính chất công việc cũng như vừa phải đi học thì mình rất ít khi có thời gian ghé về nhà ăn trưa hoặc tự nấu gì đó cho bản thân. Ăn ở ngoài thì lại sợ vấn đề vệ sinh cũng như giá cả mắc rẻ khác nhau mà đồ ăn không ngon thì lại tiếc tiền.
Tìm mãi mới được một chỗ nhận order thức ăn theo tuần, cụ thể là họ sẽ có sẵn các menu theo nhu cầu khẩu vị của bạn và mỗi ngày sẽ ship đến theo địa chỉ cùng giờ giấc bạn yêu cầu.
Cá nhân mình thì hứng thú với menu Hearty hơn nên đã chọn nó.
🍄 Mỗi ngày Flavorbox đều ship đến cho mình 2 hộp thức ăn dành cho buổi trưa và buổi chiều. Thức ăn ở đây 💯 điểm về chất lượng và cả bao bì. Lúc ship đến cho mình vẫn còn nóng và hoàn toàn là túi giấy, hộp giấy.
Trang trí sắp xếp món ăn rất bắt mắt luôn ấy, xinh vô cùng.
👑Ngày đầu tiên mình có:
-Cơm gà Risotto kiểu Ý và Gà cay sốt Buffalo đút lò : trông hấp dẫn thật, gà không hề bị bột, thịt mọng nước và nêm nếm không phải kiểu đậm đà như ng Việt mình ăn đâu. Cá nhân mình thấy nó ngon vì mình hong thích ăn nhiều gia vị. Phần cơm gà có kèm đậu que giòn thiệt giòn. Cơm không nhiều đâu nên bạn nào hạn chế ăn tinh bột vẫn có thể tin tưởng #flavorbox nha.
👑Ngày thứ 2:
-Hôm ấy mình lại được ăn ngon với Gà nướng chanh mật ong kèm cơm với đậu que xào. Da gà nướng thơm thiệt thơm cùng tí chua nhẹ của chanh xao xuyến cực. Bạn nào trưa ngại nấu mà cứ có đồ ăn ship tới đủ chất thế này thì tuyệt vời quá rồi còn gì.
Những ngày sau thì mình sẽ post sau nha vì cả tuần lần nên hong gộp vô hết được. Quý dzị thông cảm 😆

I am in love with sweet potato’s, and regular potato’s but isn’t everyone?? Sweet potato’s are great, easy to cook, a great healthy carb option, can be eaten with sweet or savoury toppings, the list goes on.
Frozen mixed vegetables are a super quick yummy option for those busy days, lazy days and any days. I just heat up in the Microwave for a couple minutes (sometimes I eat them frozen). Mayonnaise is a healthy unsaturated fat and delicious. If you have never had mayonnaise on salad, vegetables, on your sandwich or as a dipping sauce you are truly missing out. I love the Whole egg mayonnaise from S&W and it is Gluten free, Dairy free, Refined sugar free & vegetarian.

Harvest Festive Menu “Roasted Bone marrow”. Bone are roasted and poured with beef gravy served with parsley capers salad, pickled mustard seed, shallot, anchovy dip & homemade grilled brioche.

One of my dishes for this week is an anti-inflammatory carrot butternut squash soup, inspired by a pot luck last night with @happyhealthyhadlee 💞 I've been sick all weekend and wanting to eat warm, hearty meals. Ginger and turmeric are roots found to have powerful benefits for reducing inflammation. The curcumin in turmeric is an antioxidant that blocks certain molecules in the body from turning on an inflammatory response. Combined with black pepper to increase absorption, #turmeric has been shown to reduce heart disease, cancer, metabolic syndrome, & Alzheimer's. #ginger can help reduce stomach pain & nausea. The 2 roots combined with can reduce pain caused by arthritis and lower risk of respiratory tract infections.

Hey food fans. Well I've never really been a fan of natures green gobstoppers...but for some weird reason I'm coming round to them. Am I getting to that age? The age of sprout!! Anyhoo, so instead of just having them plain I try and think outside the box. So behold my garlic, chilli Asian sprouts.
I've cut them in half, then added to a small amount of water, chicken stock, good knob of butter, rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fresh red chilli, garlic, maple syrup, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar and pepper. I put a lid on initially to cook the earthy globes then remove and let the liquid thicken to a glaze. I added some chopped and toasted almonds for crunch.
