10/8/2016 ✨ Throw back, 27th birthday in Cincinnati, two weeks away from the dirty 30 girls trip to Louisville, KY! ✨
What are your must haves for a girls trip?

Optimal areas are dry brushed in the following step-by-step manner. These steps will cover all areas that are appropriate for this technique.
Use circular strokes on compact areas such as the stomach, shoulders, elbows, knees, wrists, hips, and ankles.
On the stomach, the circular strokes should be clockwise as this works in accordance with the workings of the intestines by moving residue toward the colon.
Use long, sweeping strokes on the arms and legs.
Pressure should be gentle throughout, but areas where the skin is particularly thin, such as the armpits, should be especially light in pressure.
what i used to use: a random frizz control product.
what i use now: mirah hair oil.
how: 3-4 drops + run through hair mid-length to ends.
it keeps the frizz away, and sucks in the softness with very little product.
if one of your greatest loves is coloring your hair (talking to me, too), using heat (i’ve cut out my blow dryer, now if someone could take my curling iron + straightener away from me), or these upcoming winter months just dry out your hair to no end and make you a giant frizz ball, enter mirah.
forrrrrreal the tiniest bit goes a long way, so stick to the 3 drops and don’t apply to your roots (otherwise you might notice some grease)

Feeling the botanical vibe. This rustic beauty is filling my cup this morning. 😍 Substantial, brass-on-sterling, cut fern with a foggy, broody agate slab. 25" sterling chain.
Also, take a peep at my upcoming events in the gallery. I'll post October's full calendar in a week or so. There are two pick-your-own days remaining this month, grab a couple friends and choose any workshop and time slot you'd like! The briolette earring class is filling, so come join us. Also the illustrious @awholelotoflulu_market is nearing, less than one month away!
A new treasure hunt is lurking around the corner, details soon.
