It’s a 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐝 week 💙
Which means beautiful blue skies and a little break in the fresh snow which was perfect timing for us to hit the to road and drive to the PNW.
It was also been perfect timing to take a few days off skiing as Jess pulled a muscle in her back reminding us we're not quite as young as we think we are. 😂😂
She got a phenomenal 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 💆🏻♀️ last night in Seattle to work out the kinks. 🙌🏼 for the recommendation @rach.ennis !!!
How do you practice 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞?!
#tbt ❤️ Those warm and in the same time super windy last days of 2019. 🌬 🚐
Have you ever been to Sardinia? What is your favorite place over there?

Transformation... Thursday?! Seriously. I was in tears looking at these pictures. She's sooooo close to being finished. I've watched my husband in such admiration as he has been remodeling our home. We are going to do open shelves in the kitchen, an awesome coffee bar of some sort, a window shelf that I'm so flippin excited about, [I have some awesome ideas for new planties 🌱] Also. I'm soooo excited that Erik put in our floor vents last night. He even finished bathroom flooring and potty is back in!!!! Its the little things. Am I right?! I think I might cry for a week when we move in next month. 🥰😭🚐➡️ SWIPE FOR PROGRESS PICTURES!!!!

🥺 this van.. I love it but ffs give my wallet a break 😔
Did you know that one of the oldest lakes is lake Ohrid at the border between Albania and Macedonia? It is 288 metres deep. We spent the first night on the Albanian side before we went to explore Macedonia. More on our blog 😉
We really didn’t want to leave our beautiful lakeside view but we were running very low on LPG so were forced onwards! Fourth time lucky, we found a garage with an adapter we could borrow 🙌
We were then in Braga so had a late afternoon stroll into the city. All the hustle and bustle was a shock to the system after mountain life 😂 we decided we our most definitely country folk and not cut out for city life! Nevertheless, we had a lovely time exploring the old streets and the parks. And of course eating custard tarts 😋
If you’re wondering about the sardine tins - so are we! There was an entire shop dedicated to tins of sardines that cost between €7 and €55 ?!? Curiouser and curiouser!
Another view from our trip to the highlands, this time in Cairngorm National Park 🍂 The Sun was shining making everything look Golden 🌞

Yesterday I parted ways with my beautiful home, I couldn’t believe it when I watched it drive away with it’s new owners. But I’ve got a new home, swipe right to see it. Next week I sail this thing over 100 miles to get to my destination.

Obsessed with our new rug from @urbanoutfitters !! Don’t mind the missing flooring and the sexy Mila Kunis magnets on the fridge 😂 (Tyler has had these magnets since I met him... over 7 years ago.... they are iconic. Plus I’m pretty sure his mom gifted him these😂)
We are still in the midst of redoing our shower. Everything is demoed out and we currently don’t have running water.🤦♀️ After we realized our shower pan had cracked and was leaking under our vinyl flooring we decided to rip everything up. We are going with a tile shower and are going to raise the roof and add a skylight for our tall asses😂 Now i won’t have to hunch over like a gremlin while trying to wash my hair💯 👍
1 Week, Many Changes
A week ago we traveled back to Maine after a phone call to help out family.
I did a lot of thinking in Vermont as well as back in the area and decided for me to ultimately reach my long term dreams/goals, I needed to sacrifice the now and have a steady reliable income.
After a meeting/interview yesterday, I am employed! I will resume a M-F day job while full time living in Boris and adventuring on the weekends.
I am excited to help the company grow and prosper, I am excited to feel like a contributing member of society again, I am excited to have a reliable paycheck every week, and I know this was the right, albeit difficult choice, to lead my life where I want it to go.
There’s a fine line between the choices we want to make and the choices we should make. A choice that may seem to further yourself from your goal today, may actually make you leaps and bounds closer to your goal years from now.
There’s plenty of adventure to come, and a new chapter in Van Life, working a 9-5.

This is what I’ve learned in the last year: Friendship (true friendship) is everything. Spend time with the people who always laugh, who never judge, who do not blame you for cancelling plans because you’re having an ‘off’ day and have no other excuse. Relationships are beautiful, but can be debilitating if the partners are not honest with each other and what they want. Don’t allow yourself to be around those that leave you feeling drained when you leave them. Love everyone as much as you can, until you can’t. Never blame yourself for not being able to give yourself. Seek relationships with pure honesty and transparency. Every relationship and friendship is a new experience that should be entered with zero expectation or comparison to your past. Share, feel, experience, attach yourself to everyone that makes you feel good but belong to no one but yourself. Leave when you want to leave. The concept that you need another human to be complete is entirely false. You were complete the moment you opened your eyes. Tell your friends you love them every time you leave them or hang up the phone and really mean it. Be vulnerable, raw and open. Believe that most do not want to hurt you or see you fail. Trust your self enough to spot those who have alternative motives. There is more than one soul mate and more than one type of relationship with a soul mate; it is not exclusively found in a partner. Never be angry at solitude and if you are read Letters to a Young Poet for the 100th time. Be as open and free flowing as you possibly can. Lastly, in the words of my mother explaining how to handle peoples judgement and hatred when I was age 10 “You are just you, you will always be you and if they don’t like it, fuck em’.” 📷: @miakrys

Natasha has been in Vancouver BC for the last week so I thought I’d get the cabin all cleaned up before she arrives.
My bedroom is like my security blanket on the road. While the views outside my windows are constantly changing and every day there’s a new challenge, this room is one thing that stays familiar. That stays comfortable. That stays consistent. I know at the end of the day when I crawl into bed, I can relax (and snuggle with kitties ☺️). And even those of us who choose to live this somewhat crazy, entirely unpredictable lifestyle still need a certain level of stability in order to not completely lose our minds. 💛
After a few days of sickness, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Not mad at all about getting some fresh air and sunshine up in this van (but still praying for snow🤞🏼). What are y’all up to this week?! We have some big things coming up for you all!
