A new dove cote to be put up due to what was 4 doves a year ago to now 15 and it’s starting to get overcrowded. Problem is it will be too high for Mortz to sit once installed. #dovesofinstagram#dovehouses#homes

Had a fantastic day styling yesterday with my client, we did colours and body shape then worked our way through 3 wardrobes, de-cluttering and re-organising so my client was left with a functional wardrobe of clothes suited to her lifestyle with everything in its place making it super easy to get ready in the mornings. I even re-organised the hubby’s part of the wardrobe and colour coded the shirts! Out of respect for people’s privacy I don’t share pictures of clients or their homes unless they are happy for me to do so but I can say that my client said she felt ‘cleansed’ after the day and that hubby was happy too! Having a clear out is a very cathartic and therapeutic experience. I take a very methodical approach to it so that you get the most out of the time you have and give honest advice about what to keep and what to let go. We are all guilty of holding onto things which end up cluttering up the wardrobe or home and affecting how we see or use the things we have. By having your wardrobe or home professionally de-cluttered means that you don’t get bored or fed up half way through and wish you’d never started! Contact me if you need help! We can tailor a bespoke package to exactly what you need! Back on the school run this morning and here’s a better picture of my new @hm hoodie! #thursday#hoodie#schoolrun#mumuniform#stylist#wardrobeedit#walkinwardrobe#declutter#restyle#outwiththeold#cleanse#wardrobecleanse#livesimpky#betidy#declutteryourlife#homes#goodforthemind#mentalhealth#cantfindmystuff#hm#love#schoolrunstyle

In the last post I touched on the fact that some people don't have confidence in the pension system and may look to invest in property for this reason.
I thought it would be beneficial if I delved into this a little bit further to explain exactly why people are losing faith in the pension system and what you can do about it.
It's called the Pension Crisis.. and it's real guys!
Currently, the UK government has an auto enrolment pension scheme with everyone in work contributing each month. But the fact is nobody is saving enough for the amount of years they will be alive post retirement.
Put simply, the amount being put away each month isn't enough to pay out a decent payment each month to everyone who will be waiting for their pensions in a few years time.
The danger is that people think if they work hard and put a percentage into the pension pot each month, they will be able to live comfortably when they retire.
Whatsmore, the pensions which have the most benefits are starting to disappear as government's realise they can't meet demand if everyone was to sign up go them.
Still don't believe me? How much do you have in your pension fund? Most people don't even know! If you do know, work out how much you would get each month... Now how do you feel?
But don't worry, if you're reading this I'm very confident that you are already on the way to making positive change through property investment. Property is not the only way to overcome the property crisis but it certainly is is one good option.
Invest in property now so that when you retire you can either choose to live supplement your pension through rental income or sell your Investments to completely fund your retirement years.
